Pretty cool. No loading docks, have to back in off the street and they have a policy they can't climb up in the trailer to unload it. Guys were so cool, I jumped up in trailer and wheeled freight to the edge to be lifted off. Even tho, that's not my job. 5 stars for the receiving department.

I have been using Bear for all of my hydraulic pump and valve repairs for 7 years. I have never had anything that needed to be returned. Their customer service is top notch. The have completely rebuilt pumps in less than 24 hours when we have a press down. I highly recommend them.
