He is very knowledgeable and explained clearly what he was looking for, how the testing would be done and spent time answering all my questions. When I first phoned him, he explained why it was important to test and when and where asbestos might be found. He scheduled an appointment very quickly and offered options for how quickly I could get results.He is very observant and identified that I had a false ceiling, which none of the contractors who quoted on removing the ceiling had identified. Paul was recommended to us by another tradesperson -- a recommendation that paid off!Paul came to test our home for asbestos in drywall and plaster in the walls and ceiling, and in some suspicious tile in our floor.He was prompt and thorough, leaving no stone unturned as he attempted to put together the puzzle of how our old home was constructed (which in turn informed which samples he took). He also explained a great deal about his approach but also about our home -- I learned a lot. Despite this, I feel fairly confident that Paul didn't over-sample (and therefore didn't overcharge!). After the fact, Paul was extremely swift with processing the samples, and we had our report in hand in less than a week.
