I like coming here, everyone is really nice. They're also very understanding of my cars needs, since its a real lemon getting it 100% repaired would cost more than the car probably! But they're really great about meeting me halfway at the essentials. 10/10 go here

I appreciate the great service we received from the team! We were given an appointment the day I called in. As soon as we went in, they took a look at the car without having us wait. They let us know what the issue was with the muffler and the cost to repair it before they started working on the car. Within the hour the car was all fixed. I would highly recommend them!

I have never ever been more comfortable going to a garage! They generously took my broken down car off my hands and we decided to bring our other (now only) car here for tire change. Everyone is super friendly. So glad this place was recommended to us when we moved to Guelph.

Best place in the universe to get a wheel alignment! My car handles like a Go cart now! :-) They really care, parked my baby inside overnight without me even asking. I am a long-time customer and True-Centre is consistently friendly, happy, helpful with car-loving staff and all this at a reasonable price! Highly Recommend.

I'm a longtime customer. When you find a mechanic you can trust you stick with them. The gang at True Centre are friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, they won't steer you wrong. I know when I bring my vehicle there, they tell me what I need and nothing more.They even took 20 minutes out of their busy day today to help me out with an issue. No appointment, and they helped me out of a jam. That's good customer service!

Went in for rear brakes, turned out I needed to also get a bearing replaced too. The bearing that it was replaced with was faulty. True Center got me back in as fast as possible, fixed the issue, gave me a loaner vehicle for the afternoon and a free oil change. The customer service was impeccable!!!

Melissa was beyond amazing to deal with and made the whole process super easy.I had honest and upfront service and they went above and beyond getting the car ready for me.I had asked for a few small extras and it was no problem. Amazing staffHad an exhaust clamp loose and pipe was kinda rottyThey made me a new exhaust sleeve cut out rotted sectionJustin is a one of a kind human beingHe comes across as a person you've known your whole lifeHe is super accommodating to work with and very reasonable on pricesAnother nice thing is if they need to work on your car for more than a day your super close to Enterprise rent a car which is another great business and great people who work thereJustin exhudes what it truly is to be CanadianProud to say I found people that treat my car like it's there car which is not an easy thing to doI'll be dealing with Justin and the boys from now on that's for sure
