Taso's Restaurant and Pizzeria
Most of the food we had was very good and prices are average in my opinion. Our server was friendly and helpful, I didn't get that vibe from some other staff when we first arrived though. We didn't try the pizza, but their Greek fries were very good, the fettucini was ok, baked fettucini was better.There is limited parking on the street out front, but a parking garage is around the corner and a short walk.

The pictures don’t do the pizza justice.Best pizza I’ve ever had. I’m about to order another box for takeout just to bring it home to Toronto. I always like to try something new, but this is worth coming back to.Can definitely feed 2-3 hungry people.Must try

Amazing quality! Excellent taste! The portions are more than enough and I am a big guy to boot! 1 pizza easily feeds 4 people! Can't wait to try other dishes!

The food was very good (pizza and calamari), service was excellent. Atmosphere is very nice, cozy, but very very loud when at full capacity. You almost have to yell at people at your own table. Little details like the string lights are a nice touch - but half of the bulbs are burnt out. It's the little things. I probably won't be back, because although delicious - very pricey!! $32 for our pizza. (table for 2, 3 drinks, app and pizza, was almost 130$) and it's just too overwhelmingly loud.

I recently dined at Taso Restaurant in Peterborough and was blown away by the delicious Caesar salad and pizza. The flavors were fresh, and the high-quality ingredients made each bite a delight. What set Taso apart was the local clientele, which created an authentic and vibrant ambiance. Our server, Lexi, was friendly and attentive, enhancing our dining experience. Her knowledge of the menu and excellent recommendations made our meal even more enjoyable. Taso Restaurant exceeded our expectations with top-notch food, a warm atmosphere, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable restaurant in Peterborough.

2023 June 4★You couldn't tell that this restaurant is fairly large from the outside, but step in and you'll find a nice environment for some good food.Calamari $18Very lightly coated and with a thick taziki sauce, this calamari was done quite well. Though the taziki sauce could've been less thick as it was difficult to dip.Kids Chicken Souvlaki With Fries $9The souvlaki was good, not dry at all. Perfectly cooked. Fries were the usual faire.Chicken Souvlaki Pita $16+ $4.00: Greek salid upgradeThe pita was good, about the same amount of chicken as in the kids chicken souvlaki. With the Greek salad upgrade, even better. Though the dressing was a bit heavy and made the salad drenching.Kids Spaghetti $9Not bad, nothing exciting. Pasta in a bolognese sauce.Overall, it's not bad.Kids menu available.

Oh my goodness! I cannot rave enough good feedback about this place! My husband and I went here for my birthday dinner and we were not disappointed. FAIR NOTE! please make a reservation in advance. It was our first time at this establishment an we were unsure what to expect. The atmosphere was very calming and welcoming and our server was extremely polite and tended to our needs by always checking on us. The menu had so many choices and the beverage selection was plentiful. I will say this, the portions are not for the weak! The meal, the ambiance, and the staff were all inviting and we felt like family. This is a go to spot for any occasion. I definitely give this restaurant a five star and would highly recommend it for locals as well as travelers passing through. Thank you we WILL be going back.
