Got the job done. I brought in my 7 year old laptop because the fan stopped working. Waseem called his supplier to see if he could get the part. He gave me a price ($160 part & labour) and told me it would be ready in a couple of days. True to his word he called me and now I can use my laptop again.He has a small shop looking a bit disorganized in a dilapidated little mall but I like to support small local business and went there based on his reviews.

Owner is friendly and helpful with reasonable prices for the services. He fixed my laptop screen within the same day and delivered it to my house as well on his way while going to store. I would love to deal with him again and also refer him to my friends.

My laptop hasn’t been working for a couple of months and everyone I went to directly said we had to change the motherboard for over $300. when I came to this shop they actually found the problem and fixed it directly and they’re so nice

The owner is very knowledgeable, 100% recommend. Officially have the number saved in my phone for future potential issues. My laptop was stuck in a restart loop after it tried to update. I initially took it to geek squad at Best Buy, had to leave my laptop overnight and they said they couldn't even run the diagnostics test. They also said I needed to send my laptop in to Lenovo because they thought it was related to the hard drive, which would have taken a couple of weeks to get back. Decided to look at Google and found this spot with great reviews. My problem was fixed within 45ish minutes and it was just a software crash. Saved a ton of money coming here. Price was great especially with the great customer service, ability to problem solve and trouble shoot my issue, as well as the level of knowledge in this industry. Thank you!!
