I’ve been very impressed with my experience at this clinic. I just started going here in the past year (2022) and have had exceptional treatment by both the front desk staff as well as the technical staff. They are professional, personable, and great at explaining what they are doing. I’ve recommend Aspire Smiles to my family and friends!

5/5! I went here for my first teeth cleaning in well over 7 years, with not having benefits being able to afford the dentist wasn't really a possibility. A lot of dental clinics make you feel bad if you aren't regularly visiting and can almost come off condescending.. this place was NOT that. Super friendly, great service, great conversation, made sure I was comfortable, and even gave me a tim card because they were running 15/20 minutes late for my appt. So great! Highly recommend. I'll be keeping this as my dental clinic!!!! You all rock!

Called to make an appointment for a checkup and cleaning. Was advised that the first available date was about 6 weeks out.Person on the phone sounded like they were preoccupied with something else and really didn't seem like they were part of the conversation.I booked an appointment and went to the clinic on the time & day of my appointment. I visited Aspire Smiles Dental Clinic today and I had the BEST experience! I have been looking for a dentist for a while now. I had initially called last week to see if they were taking on new patients. The lady who answered the phone was so incredibly friendly and sounded really excited that I was interested in becoming a new patient. (Customer service is hard to find these days) so this was so nice!I was greeted by Villen, the dental receptionist at the front desk who was so, so friendly, she was training a new lady, who seemed so eager to help me too!I was then seen by Emma who was the dental assistant and she let me know she was a recent graduate and we had such a great conversation, even another recent graduate came by to assist Emma when she was having a few issues (what great team work)My dentist was Dr. Barlow and she was amazing; one of the BEST dentists I have ever seen. Dr. Barlow was kind, funny and explained every single detail! I have never ever had a dentist that walked me through in detail ever! It was so lovely.Dr. Barlow advised me of the things that she felt needed to be watched and didn’t push me into fixing something that wasn’t broken.They even have IV sedation for those who are really nervous of dentists!If you’re looking for a great dentist, who listens and will not make more work than what is needed. Please visit these gems!They also have the most amazing waiting area, full of beautiful greenery and the comfiest chairs… I literally felt like I was in an oasis. TheI look forward to my next visit.

I drive from West Edmonton to visit this dental office. Not only is is beautiful inside, its also clean. I'm always greeted by reception with a smile and happy hello! I thoroughly know what the hygienist is doing at all times and I always learn new ways to take care of my teeth! I usually see Dr. Cross primarily because she is amazing at her job, but also because she is extremely caring. She has been the only dentist who can do my fillings properly. In the past my fillings would only last 6 months to a year, and when she took over they have lasted several years with no sensitivity. Overall, this is hands down the best dental office I've been to! Highly recommend!

Right from the moment you walk in, there are smiles to greet you, comfort and care taken to ensure that it is the best experience!! Excellent service (and I have been in two of their clinics - wonderful experience in both)!! I highly recommend Aspire!!

I had two excellent experiences with the dental hygienists at Aspire Smiles. The clinic also owned up and made up after they made a mistake, and I very much appreciate them taking accountability. I am still new to the clinic; I will add a fifth star once I experience consistency in treatment and service.

I am not young, and I have had a lot of dental work done over the years, some of which was very painful. I was literally terrified to change dentists when I moved to Sherwood Park. But I'm so glad I did! Dr.Cross is a phenomenal dentist - calm, caring and competent. All the staff at this clinic are wonderful. It's (almost) a pleasure going to the dentist these days!

Are you looking for a Dentist that is great with the whole family? Aspire Smiles is THE best!My son was a little nervous for his cleaning/ check up today but Alyssa and Dr. Cross were incredibly warm, knowledgable, and patient. You can tell they both have a lot of experience working with children. I highly recommend!

We continue to receive professional service from Dr. Cross and Alyssa, and their team. Dr. Cross and Alyssa are so dang good talking with and tending to kids.My toddler continues to talk about how gentle his cleanings have been, and he loves the toy vending machine at the end.This team makes going to the dentist a fun and pleasant experience - for the kids and parents!
