Nurse Next Door® Home Health Care Services - Windsor/Essex County
After mom broke her wrist, she lost her ability to walk independently. The care workers from Nurse Next Door became her missing arm and helped her to get to meals, to transfer her safely with her new wheel chair, to use the toilet safely, and to get into bed at night. They also assisted with exercises to keep her strength up, as well as visited with her to keep her spirits up. We were very pleased with the service of these care workers.

Very responsive to patient’s and families’ needs whether physical or emotional. Showed up on time for every shift. Went over and above to schedule a couple of emergency shifts where the LHIN cancelled PSWs at the last minute.Efficient, capable, gave companionship to my distraught mother and took excellent care of my father, the patient. They assisted my mother with household cleaning and helping with meals.Highly recommend.
