Not enough variety in big and tall and and sales people specially on george Richard side don’t even bother asking for help if you are looking for sizes. Not rude when they speak but not helpful atleast in my case. Bought 2 suits from Tiptop for my kids and the gentleman thr was so helpful.

I am a groomsman for a wedding coming up- and tip top tailor ensembled our entire wedding party as unmatched as can be. The groom made an account months ago and made every single piece as specific as possible and for the price agreed upon.. He even specified that this many people will be going to this location, and this many people will be going to that location- but I was given a mismatched pocket pocket-square, tie, and worse yet, my entire shade of blue was different from the wedding party- all of which I was charged for MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE IN THE WEDDING PARTY by $100. Everyone in our wedding party has a mismatched ensemble and a story to tell because of it- because the two locations we coordinated between could not match us up adequately. We all have different ties, pocket squares, and worse yet me, a shade of blue that doesn't match. Thank you Tip Top Tailor, I will likely never go to you for a wedding, funeral, graduation, prom, not even a pot luck with entrusting you to my ensemble.

The staff was very friendly as they helped search for the right sizes and helped put colors together resulting in a nice suit combo that I liked and ended up buying. With this experience I would recommend this location.

I walked into the store with my fiancee hoping to find a perfect suit for our wedding. Being an Asian, it is often difficult to find clothing that is a good fit for my body frame in Toronto. I was greeted by the staff, but was not pushed into being served right away. They gave me space to browse around first. When I asked for assistance, Greg was very keen on helping me find the style that is tailored to me and provided many of his expertise advise. He even took the cost of the suit into consideration without me asking. The suit was ready in a week, and I was grateful to have stepped into this location for my perfect suit.

Very good experience at the Vaughan Tip Top!The service was excellent. We were greeted once we walked in. All of the staff were friendly and attentive.We had all of our groomsmen measured and fitted. They provided quick turnaround times for the alterations. We were all very impressed. The whole experience was very smooth and effortless.I highly recommend Chris! He helped us throughout the entire process. His customer service was so good that I told me brother, who lives in Ottawa, to go see him! Very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing.

Best sales manager Issa Wahhab opened early for me to try on suits fitted properly very good experience. Please give him a raise. Made my Canada Day

Came here for a suit and extra dress clothes but they couldn’t find my size. There used to be an Indian guy that used to be very helpful and come up to you even when you are just browsing but the new staff just seems like they don’t even want to help unless if they are asked.

The WORST customer service my brother and I have ever experienced. The lack of professionalism, the push and aggression for sales but above all, lack of compassion for customers. As a retail establishment, you would assume they would want to have the utmost best customer service to build the clientele and loyalty but the exact opposite was done. To belittle someone who had trusted an associate to accommodate specific needs?.. Unbelievable. This NEEDS to be escalated. I refuse to ever shop here again. I will NEVER recommend anyone to ever consider this store.

I'm a very patient person when it comes to retail workers as I know what they go through and how hard it can be. I NEVER write reviews for places but this was insane.Do NOT use this Tip Top location if you value your time or your sanity. It's the first time I've ever walked out on a retail place.I waited 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I existed. Then they repeatedly got the wrong info for the grooms party suit we all have from another Tip Top. Then they told me they would call when part of it arrives. That was 3 weeks ago and they haven't answered a single call from me in that time. With the wedding approaching I gave up and was helped by a different location in minutes.Absolutely amateur hour over at this location. Avoid at all costs. There are other Tip Top locations close enough that it's worth the drive. Everything was sorted with ease at the next location.

We went on this location to buy suit for my wedding. And the staffs are not very helpful at all. There's this guy that wears glasses, he just stare at us like we cannot afford to buy anything in this store and we feel DISCRIMINATED. He just keep on passing by to us and keep helping those WHITE people even though we came in the store before them. I don't recommend you to go in this store as I REPEAT, THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AND EQUAL TO EVERYONE AND IT’S OBVIOUSLY DISCRIMINATION.
