Lovenote Bride - Calgary

If anyone is looking for a dress (Canadian designed) and are looking for a stylist who is awesome, you should totally come here! I cannot say enough good things about this bridal shop. First off, their dress designs were so so pretty and gorgeous! I know that every body is different but every dress I tried on there made me feel like a 10/10. Secondly, the staff are rockstars. I had a girl named Natalie helping me through the whole process and she completely made me feel so special and taken care of. Her attention to me, to the details, to my niece's running around everywhere, to fluffing my train after each dress, to not rushing me, etc etc etc (I could literally go on and on).Oh yah, I found my dress here ;)

I had a wonderful experience at Lovenote! Natalie was my stylist and she was so helpful and supportive. She provided great recommendations for styling each dress, and she helped me to envision the customizations that could be made for some of my favourite dresses. She really took the time to help me choose the perfect dress and never pressured me to make the decision quickly. The dresses were all gorgeous, it made my decision a difficult one! I especially love how Lovenote is Canadian and woman-owned and all their dresses are made in Canada. I can’t wait to go back to the store when my dress arrives this spring. I would absolutely recommend Lovenote to anyone!

Listen: I’m not a bride, and I never will be one, but if ever was -this is the ONLY place I’d ever go to. Annie is so pleasant, friendly, and inviting into her space, which is so unique and beautiful.Here’s some highlights for you to know if you’re checking the place out:1. You can totally go by and look around.2. Free parking on the right side of the building for customers -in Inglewood that’s amazing.3. Bright, natural light floods that store.Go say hi to Annie and look at her beautiful selection of dresses in a space made to make you feel comfortable and luxurious.

I bought my wedding dress here, after joining my friend at lovenote for her dress hunt. Both experiences were so beautiful. Maddy (I really hope I’m remembering her name right!) helped my friend find her dress, she cried with us when she said yes, and joked around with us too, she was so personable - so I knew I had to book an appointment here after having some pretty unsuccessful and frankly, cold, appointments elsewhere.I found the dress of my dreams in Florence! I am often a very indecisive person but there was no wavering when I tried it on, even the fact that the sample was a 6 and I’m an 18. Maddy once again helped us, and was the ultimate hype girl, she styled it beautifully and just made an overwhelming and important day so smooth.I got so many compliments on my dress both on the day of my wedding + from acquaintances who saw photos and even strangers when my photographer posted photos.The dress itself, you can feel the quality and i love that it’s a sustainable/women owned/Canadian brand.Cannot recommend lovenote enough, and I’ve already told like 27 brides to check them out. Plus I love that park + fifth is right there too and the space is also dreamy! Okay enough gushing!

Had a great experience at Lovenote!They have a ton of different dress options to try. They were very supportive and made me feel fabulous while trying on all the dresses.When I was uncertain, they were accommodating in helping to book an appointment the following day to come back and try the dresses again.Overall, super helpful and lovely dresses. So nice that they are Canadian and can be customized as well.Thanks for helping me find my dress! Since the wedding is still coming up here’s a pic of me signing the contract instead.

I had a wonderful experience at Lovenote bride and found my wedding dress during their sample sale. I found that all of their dresses were more modern and flattering than other store I went to and less traditional and stuffy.Madysen and Annie were excellent, not pushy, and very helpful in pointing out alteration points and what could be changed on the dress. There is a small parking lot west of the building which is very helpful as Inglewood can be difficult for parking.

A bit hard to find the store at first (don’t be fooled by the Inglewood beauty sign on the awning, that store is long gone!) but once I stepped inside I fell in love with the cozy seating and minimalistic decor. The focus here is on the dresses, and they are seriously all gorgeous!! Amazing curated selection of designers, with a showcase of local talent from Vancouver. One of my favourite parts of this store was actually the way they pinned you into the dresses when you were trying them on, it was so much easier to get an accurate feel for sizing compared to the standard clips that most bridal stores use.Annie was an absolute dream to work with! She made the entire dress shopping experience seamless. From the initial try on, to the follow-up emails and appointments, to purchase; Annie was so attentive and supportive through it all! I left the store thinking I had just bought a dress from a friend, not a company.The shop park & fifth, which shares the space with Lovenote bridal carries beautiful bridesmaid dresses, and makes it all a serious one stop shop! Especially when you consider the stunning accessories and veils that Lovenote also carries.Can’t wait to watch the shop grow, and send all my friends there to try on dresses!!

Highest recommendation for Lovenote! All of the ladies are incredible and beyond helpful. Two of my friends purchased their wedding gowns here and I was so impressed with their quality and the overall experience. Nadine is wonderful and Annie is amazing and has such an eye for what suits your style. I can’t thank them enough! Also such a gorgeous store. 10/10 amazing experience from start to finish. From the layout to the decor to the knowledgeable and personable stylists, Love Note has it all. Love the inclusive sizing and the wide range of styles and design considerations. Nadine, my stylist today, offered all kinds of guidance and support that made the entire appointment comfortable and fun. Could not recommend Love Note more highly!

The team at Lovenote was so wonderful and easy to work with! I got my dress in an unorthodox way (ordering off their Instagram sample sale), and it was the best decision I made…apart from marrying my husband ;) It shipped so fast, and I got my dream dress for an incredible price!!Photo: Ashley Lazette Photography
