This is my second time at quality automotive and the staff was fantastic and the price was very fair, on my latest trip I was able to get new tires on and balanced on short notice before a cottage trip, I thought calling was a long shot but they got me in and the job done. I'm very impressed and I will definitely be back.

I can't recommend this place enough. I've pretty much told all my friends and family to take their vehicles here! You get top notch quality service from start to finish. They are professional, trustworthy and overall accommodating.

Visited again today. They again were great. No upselling or anything.Osama and staff are one of the best in industry. True and genuine advice always. All the staff here are very professional and courteous. They never try to upsell you anything and tell you straight away if a service is needed or not. To give an example of honesty, I had my car's left front ball joints replaced by another shop closed by and they charged me $350. I went to Osama for another job(which itself has a story to it) and asked him for right front ball join repair. He did that job for $100. See the difference.Reason: They don't try to sell premium products/services. Period.It hard sometimes to find an appointment if you need it in rush but its worth the wait. These guys work very hard to keep customers happy.Kudos to all the members. Keep up the good work.

Having worked in the industry for many years in a past life, I have no problem taking the advice provided at face value and know that there recommendations are based on work needed and not simply making money. Osama is the most honest mechanic. My family has been using his services for 5 years now. He is very personable, humble and highly skilled. I wouldn’t trust anyone else and I’m fortunate to have found him.

1) the issue we took the car here to get fixed and paid for reappeared a few months later only for a different mechanic to tell us it was a piece of metal that was unnecessary and took it off free of charge2) the same day we used a credit card here to pay for services we had fraudulent food delivery charge that we did not make. It is difficult to prove that it indeed came from this shop but I am confident that the fraudulent activity originated here given the timing, credit card used to pay for service and unusual card activity.Will not return.

So I heard about this place as a Uber driver. I would drop people off from all across the city at this place. They all said the same thing.The most honest mechanic in the cityMy rule of thumb is that if people lie to you in a Uber, that person has bigger issues going on.So I had an incident w my muffler, it was dragging on the ground. I went there for a diagnosis and as per their labor charge I have to pay $115+tax per hour. They will charge for 30mins if the job is done earlier. Anyway, they checked my car, found that the problem is minor with the oxygen sensor, checked my tire pressure, since I was travelling from Ottawa to Montreal and didn't charge me a single penny. Even when I insisted, they denied. I Respect their honesty.

This is a no BS shop. You get the repairs/work you NEED, not what the dealership tries to sell you! Open, honest, & fully transparent. This garage was recommended to me and I easily and happily recommend it to you!
