Purchased 1.5 to 2.5 inch river rock and the company delivered 3/4 inch to 1.5 inch. The company wouldn’t do anything about it other than offer to sell me more rocks.

Had Taillefer Andre Ltd. do site preparation for my backyard patio (excavation and backfill) The work was done right, they cleaned the work site before leaving and as well they followed up after the job was done to ensure I was happy. They were able to make adjustments mid-project without any issue. Very professional and good overall value.

Service was great and staff were very knowledgeable. Delivery price was high considering how close we live. My big gripe is with the incredible amount of weeds present in the garden mix. Here is a picture of the pile after about two weeks on the driveway. I've never seen anything like it and I'm still pulling these weeds out of my garden constantly. Would go there again for mulch but not for soil.

Very disappointed with Sylvain Taillefer. He dodged me for an entire year and decided the work he had previously done did not merit the follow up that was promised. Not to mention making a personal threat should I voice my comments though public media.

The woman who answers the phones is absolutely efficient. She assisted me with my questions, processed my payment and had top soil delivered to my home on the same day. This is one of those rare businesses that understand customer service. Very impressed.

Last fall, I have ordered a lot of gravel, sand, etc.Everything was good and the delivery was done on time. I just got disappointed with the garden soil ,I have ordered, it has a lot of weeds this year and is not good for vegetable garden and flower garden. I think they deliver top soil and charge me as garden soil.
