I’ve gone to Be Pampered Appleby location many times over the years for foot reflexology, pedicure, facial, lymphatic massage and regular massage. Their combo packages are of great value and the spa itself is clean and quiet.I used to book appointments based on availability and rotate through different therapists until I received a massage from Hui. Now I make sure I book with her. She’s amazing, very strong and I like high pressure to get all of the tension and she just seems to know which areas needs work. I’ve tried many places and many therapists and she’s absolutely my favourite. She is the reason I keep going back. I have recommended her to friends and family. Book her, you won’t be disappointed! Also their food reflexology is amazing, get the package with the foot reflexology and follow up with a massage and you’ll find yourself very relaxed and happy!

My doctor recommended a massage therapist for my ongoing back pain. I decided to try out Be Pampered on Appleby and was amazed with the service I got from the receptionist Ru. Ru recommend Monica -RMT. Monica’s massage was second to none. Her years of experience came through with a relaxing massage. I felt rejuvenated and stress free. I would highly recommend Monica and her team.

Hui at the appleby location is a life saver! Recently I was experiencing major back pain and she was able to pin point and work on all the areas that were causing me trouble.I’ve been recommending this space since 2019 to all my family members for various different reasons. The first time I popped in was to the Guelph line location where I booked a 3 hour massage which included foot reflexology, deep tissue as well as cupping massage. I was experiencing chronic back pain seeing my chiropractor regularly and after that one visit to Be Pampered, things majorly got better regarding my recovery.Since then I’ve also had stone massages done and Chinese traditional massage.Nick is incredible at the Guelph line location. He is very knowledgeable and actively participates in helping you get the treatment you need or has great recommendations for which practitioners to go with if you have a specific need or you’re looking to simply relax.Hui is one of the best massage therapists that I’ve ever had in my life. She is at the appleby location and I truly believe she is a healer. She is very strong and when I had a recent back issue, was able to resolve it with the massage deep tissue massage!Love this place and highly recommend !Also, thanks so much Huoy! :) 5 stars + !

If you are looking for an amazing massage, Be Pampered Spa is the place to go and Cindy is the best RMT. I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had. I am super satisfied and Cindy definitely focused on my individual needs and areas of concerns. She knew the right amount of pressure to use, was extremely caring, attentive and I could not have asked for a better massage. THANK YOU CINDY!

Enjoyed an absolutely outstanding massage from Cindy today. She was incredibly intuitive and knew all the right spots to work on without me having to direct her. All the staff I dealt with were kind, friendly and professional and I'm definitely going soon. Would 100% recommend.

This is a gem..HUI was simply amazing...she did an amazing job with the deep tissue massage...I was really sore in my neck and the massage and hot towels helped sooo much...I am going back for sure...

After my last review, the manager called me and offered me another massage to cover the first missed one. Thus, I went to Appleby location again last Friday, I got Cindy for the deep tissue massage and it was another story. She is so knowledgeable, she did a first assessment and could knew where the concerns are, her method is different, she used movements to correct the issues and It was magical, for the first time I fall asleep after a massage. Then Tania did Reflexology and I slept for 20min, yeah I slept I was Out. that was perfect ! I went back home and slept for 2 hours like a baby. Will absolutely come back there.Would like to thank the manager but I forgot his name and lost his number.I recommend !OLD reviewI've been at Appleby location last Friday and it was the worst massage of my life. I booked a two hours deep tissue massage and reflexology but the lady who took care" of me was far away of being knowledgeable. I would call it "Oil application massage" because that was all she did

I found this spa through a Google search and subsequent reviews, and decided to try out one of their 3-hour packages that included reflexology, massage, and a facial. I booked with Hui, as she was highly recommended, and she provided a great treatment with the right amount of deep pressure. It was my first time trying out reflexology and I enjoyed it and felt relaxed after. Thank you, Hui!
