I had several blinds and shutters installed today. The 2 man team were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and ever so accommodating. They forgot to bring a ladder to change batteries from another brand of blinds, which Hal was kind enough to offer to do due to height of the ceilings . And guess what? One went back to shop to get the ladder. No excuses or rescheduling…etc. They just went to get it.I love my blinds. They look amazing and just blend so well with the windows. You would not even know I had blinds. The shutters are gorgeous too. Highly recommend.Thank you, gentlemen, for your service. Great job!

I had phenomenal service throughout the entire experience. Going to the show room to see the different products Hal was great at understanding my needs and helping me find the best product for our home all while keeping in mind my budget. The products were received in a reasonable delay and as promised. They came to do my installation and everything was done with care and attention to detail.For me, one of the biggest factors that I used to judge a company and their customer service is their support after sale. One of my blinds was rubbing against the window lock. The team quickly came back to my house and fixed everything for us.I could not be happier with the service I got and will continue to use them for all my needs including fashion and decor.

Vertikal is a great place to go and get drapery blinds and such other things they are the only ones who have Hunter Douglas blinds and accessories. The staff is warm and welcoming great service.
