Wasn’t impressed. Came in for help, was told my vape was old and parts don’t exist anymore. Was pushed to spend $100 on new product. Went to another store I’m more familiar with (should have done in the first place) and got my new coil and was all fixed up and ready to go in 5 minutes time. Easy. Won’t be back..

Excellant staff and very helpful and friendly people. whenever I have come through here I have always left with a smile on my face. Shout out to vape city. Any vape product you need is sold here, and beats all competitive prices on the market. I highly recommend this store.

I was at the Upper James location this aft.I dont know much about vaping..just know I want to quit smoking on my birthday...The owner was very helpfull and the inventory was extensive...thank you for all your kind help!

This is my new favourite vape shop! I'll drive out of my way to go here because of the amazing customer service from Chris. He is very knowledgeable and always recommends the best new products. I like trying new flavors and they always have a great selection to choose from.
