The whole experience was wonderful starting with initial assessment and quote provided by Shane L. who was very knowledgeable, focused and honest with his recommendation what would be the best pick for replacement of old system. It continued with Greg, technician who came to perfect solution how to replace old refrigerant lines without damaging walls and ceiling in my garage and whole installation team was fantastic. They worked clean and efficiently and Jacob M. took time to explain how the new system works and checked if there are any issues with remote thermostat functions. All paperwork including payment was done in no time with no any issues thanked to Michele who provided all documentation and took time to explain details.Highly recommend this company!

We bought two mini split units from them. The first, in December, was a multisplit unit. So far so good on that one, so we decided to add another single mini split machine. Same brand, same premium price ($5K) Install day went well but that's where the good news end. First time I saw the new machine, I noticed an uncanny resemblance to the CHEAP stuff they sell on amazon for one fifth of the price. The issues with the new machine are two and both are major to us:1) there is no way to control the fan speed. The machine automatically decides what fan speed is needed and you, the user, must just accept its judgment. Is it night and it blasts very loudly a puff of air...too bad for you, there's no override. No fan control on a ventilation product? you gotta be kidding me!2) the horizontal louvers are MANUAL. That's right. They saved 20 dollars on a servo and instead added two plastic flaps that you canconveniently" flap around with your thumbs. Even assuming you are tall enough to reach the thing

We contacted Presidential about ductless and ducted heat pumps as our home required and was fitted for both. They responded with a comprehensive assessment of our home and possible heating/cooling solutions. Upon installation time they arrived on time and with what seemed like a small army of staff to complete the install. They were polite, courteous, professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. They completed their work as indicated and for the agreed upon price. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

I am very impressed with the whole team at Presidential Ventilation.Of the three companies who provided quotes, Nick took the most time to assess the size of heat pumps I'd need for each floor of my house.The quote that Presidential Ventilation provided was competitive. Even though it was already winter, I was able to get an install date about 6 weeks out.The team who came to install the heat pumps were fantastic. They were friendly, worked clean and efficiently, and took time to explain how to work the remotes and clean the heat pumps.In my few interactions with the office admin, they were great too, accommodating and easy to work with.Sure enough, my Daikin heat pumps are working great. They heat nearly every foot of my home. They're quiet and don't require a thermostat.As you can tell, I highly recommend Presidential Ventilation.

Would definitely recommend this company for heat pump installation. Very courteous, professional and took the time to explain how to operate, maintain and ensure the best performance from the system. The installation crew were on time and all components of the system were installed in a secure, clean and logical manner, while hiding (where possible) the required runs of wiring and vent hoses.
