Got some new running shoes here. I'm a beginner and I had excellent service. The shoes I was recommended were actually very reasonable !

I went into this store today and got my first pair of proper running shoes. David did an assessment for me, and was very patient in answering my questions as well as educating me on the type of shoe I should use for long distance running. He suggested two different brands and I really liked both! Highly recommend this store, the customer service David provided was fabulous!

The experience at the running room was outstanding. David provided exceptional service. I arrived with the idea I knew what I wanted regarding purchasing a running shoe. Little did I know my idea was not the correct one. Upon inquiring into my needs and assessing my walk/stride David articulated his concerns with my choices, educated me, and made the appropriate recommendations. The recommendation was outstanding and the process was flawless. David was exceptional in his service and because of that, I will be returning in the near future for all my running needs.

I came close to closing on a Wednesday, and the lady was so helpful. Her knowledge of shoes was amazing, her recommendations were on point and she didn’t rush me even once (even though I kept her a few minutes after closing!). So excited and happy with my Brooks Glycerin GTS 20s and looking forward to buying more shoes from this location!

Ran into David on a Sunday and it was a great experience.He was able to recommend shoes based on his experience and what he saw and even looked at the research we did to make an opinion.Had really good reasoning for all his decisions andSpent over an hour helping us!Definitely the place to go if youre getting serious about running. And go on sundays to meet David

Very nice staffs. Both the guy and the lady were very helpful. It is my first time buying running shoes from Running Room store and this place is much better than the one in Whitby because of good customer service. These shoes are very comfy for my long runs. I just wish they are little cheaper. I will definitely come back if im around this area.
