I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2023 GR86 from Upper James Toyota!My sales advisor Anthony Tee was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating during the entire process.He was proactive about a few items too, including whether or not I wanted the technicians to mount the front license plate to the bumper or if I was planning to use a tow hook mount. I'm glad he asked, as I was planning to use a tow hook mount for the front plate, and drilling into the front bumper is irreversible.Even after delivery, he's checked in with me to ensure that I'm happy with the car.When discussing financing with Lory, she was very low-pressure and accommodating to my requests, which I appreciated.Overall I've had a fantastic experience with the team at Upper James Toyota, and I'd highly recommend them!

Anthony Tee was great at helping us purchase our Highlander. He kept in touch with us while we waited for our car to be delivered. Updated using it's status. Once we received our car, he made sure we knew how to get started using the newer systems and encouraged us to contact him with any questions or concerns we may have using our car. I came in for I believe a maintenance #3 appointment. Dan was so friendly and went out of his way - he noticed a mark on the side of my passenger side door right away and was able to fix it all up. Dan assessed my car and called me to have a few things done that were necessary given I’d been driving my new Rav for a year. Dan was happy to assist me in getting home and back by arranging the cab for me. He was very attentive and made me feel taken care of. Dan is a top notch service advisor - 10’s across the board - thank you Dan!

I must say that my experience with Upper James Toyota has been extremely pleasant. Mitch and Adam have been extremely helpful during this entire process, and have fought tooth and nail for me to help with purchasing a vehicle, when most dealerships wouldn’t put in the effort. I will update this review if all goes well, but I highly recommend this dealership. Extremely pleased with their care and professionalism!
