We had a great experience with exel flooring! We needed a berber runner for our main stairs and the whole process was seamless. Ana was so helpful in helping me narrow down what I was looking for and Fotis did a beautiful job on the install. The communication back and forth was great and the job was completed earlier than I expected it to be. I would highly recommend!

My condo endured water damage due to a dishwasher leak and the condo owner's insurance company referred us to Excel Flooring.After meeting with a few other suppliers, it was immediately apparent that Fotis and Anna were in a league of their own. Their attention to detail, design knowledge and customer service exceeded all expectations.Anna was a huge help with narrowing down the flooring choices & was very patient with answering my many questions.Fotis was responsive to my questions regarding the install and clearly laid out what to expect. The install was scheduled to take three days and they completed it in two, getting my home back to normal in record time & keeping the disruption to a minimum.Not only did they do a beautiful job with installing the floors, they re-painted ALL the baseboards in the apartment, which was a lovely surprise.This is the level of care and detail they take, incredible service! So appreciated and sadly rare these days.The follow up care has also been great.
