Appel fait pour une demande de soumission. Lorsqu'il est venu voir les travaux avisé qu'un courriel serait envoyé avec le devis et j'attends toujours après ce devis et ça fait plus d'un an. Je trouve que c’est un manque de professionnalisme et de respect et en aucun cas ferais affaire avec eu ou les réfèrerai!

I would rate this company a negative star if I could! Lee Lackman (owner) is the most unprofessional person who does not know how to run a business or give customer service. A month after my closet was installed (over a year ago) something broke. I have been back and forth with Lee, for over a year now, to have it fixed but still no solution. For the last few months, silence. He won’t return my calls, voicemails or texts. Meanwhile, he was paid in full and I have a broken closet. DO NOT hire this company! You may think you’re getting a good deal but the after care is horrible!

Lee and his team built us two closets. We are extremely happy with the results. The price was great, installation within the promised window and the quality is super.The best part was Lee suggesting a few design ideas based on the types of clothing, shoes, bags etc... that we needed to store. We went with his suggestions and it worked out perfectly.I highly recommend this company.

UPDATED REVIEW:It is disappointing that it took my 1-star review (see below) to get Lee Ackman to respond after ~4 months with no success. Installer and installation was good.***ORIGINAL REVIEW:I will not consider changing this review until Lee Ackman responds to my emails and delivers my closet accessories as promised.Woeful customer service: Lee Ackman takes weeks, even months to respond to texts/emails. I've been waiting 4 months for my accessories (tie and belt hooks) without any response or indication of delivery date. The two original accessories that were installed on the day of installation were used leftovers from another project that were bent and scuffed up. My friends who referred me to him have been waiting 6 months for something. Lee has trouble committing to dates for installation and deliveries, and doesn't do what he says he will do.Good stuff: His installation team is professional and his closet systems are good value for the money.
