Zion Park Manor

Dont want to tell the entire story here. I have given the 2 stars because its not zion park its the people that work there. Not all but few. Some staff/ nurses think they have been there for years so they have authority to humiliate other new comers, they think they own the place. Young people are offered positions that they have no experience and dont know how to run bussiness professionally. I hate miss use of positions showing they have power to do whatever they want. Also there has to be a proper investigation before accusing an innocent. And usually this is not done when management favours inner staff and are friends with . Total Disappointment.

Wonderful experience

I have traveled Canada, literally! I have worked as a nurse at quite a few elderly homes in 2 provinces. I must say that Zion Park Manor is home:). I worked there starting the fall of 2016 and have starting shaping my nursing career with such caring staff! Left to work in a different province in 2018 and had Zion in my head and heart the whole time..high standards and warm hearts! I am back in BC, working at 2 care homes and my heart longs for the team at Zion still! Great and understanding leadership! Thank you all!

Zion Park Manor is a wonderful facility, with caring staff who are uniformly exceptional and thoughtful.The philosophy is to create an atmosphere where the residents are made to feel that the facility is their home, and the nurses, aids, and facilitators are workers in their home, that assist them with their needs, and bring aid in order to improve their quality of life.There is a daily schedule of activities, for a variety of interests and tastes.The garden is beautiful, and large enough to accomodate lots of residents and visitors, with lots of seating, and many quiet, private spaces.

Absolutely wonderful place!

I should have written this review, years ago. My dad was in Zion, till he passed away in 2015. The staff is fantastic. One of the nurses even came in, on her day off, to say goodbye. We'd had him in a few places so I know a great place when I see one. Only wish my mum could have come here. I've told my family it's where I want to be, should the need arise. I wish my mum could have gone there. I've recommended it to several friends, over the years.

Unparalleled care and attention from the wonderful staff. I am so honoured and happy my grandpa was able to spend his last years at Zion. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Zion Park is a wonderful place. The staff are exceptional, caring and compassionate. My dad loves his home at Zion. I would highly recommend Zion to anyone seeking a home for their lives one. I feel truly blessed my dad is in their caring hands.
