Dale towed us and another vehicle out of the ditch when it was incredibly icy on the highway. He was incredibly helpful and patient, and went above and beyond afterward as we all drove in a convoy back to the previous grid road just in case we slid in again (which we were VERY close to doing). I would 100% recommend them to anyone in need in the area!
