I came to Paul Schuster in a bind last week. The city needed a letter from an architect to confirm I could conduct business in a home I was trying to purchase. We were supposed to close conditions that day and Paul met with me within 3 hours of phoning in and had a sign, sealed letter for me to provide to the city! I was able to remove my conditions and purchase my first home. The customer service we received was 100% including fallow up correspondence to make sure everything went smoothly. Thanks a million Novation!!!

Donna LaPlante is the best designer I have ever used and now that I have found her I use her exclusively. I have been so impressed by her creativity. She listens to the ambience and mood that you want to create and makes it a reality. She has saved me a lot of time ( and money) and I value her expertise.
