The customer service was very friendly and reached out to ask if I was happy with my purchases - which I was. They also welcomed feedback from me on what items and products I usually buy for my dogs and what I'd be interested in seeing in their store. They were also able to answer questions quickly about the sizing of their clothes. Overall, I had a great experience with Bichon Boutique and felt valued as a customer. At first I wasn’t sure but I decided to give it a shot. Was able to take advantage of a Boxing Day promo which provided free local shipping too. I was very satisfied. The dog treats I usually get for my dog, they have, and in multiple sizes at very fair prices. The best part? Free local delivery and it was fast! Saved myself a trip to the pet store where it can get quite busy and hectic.

Came across the on Google and ordered several of the big bag of Wild Salmon Jerkey treats my boys go crazy for thats super healthy. I got 4 bags and it came within 2 days! I was low on my current bag and asked if they could ship it sooner, and they were so quick to respond and shipped the next day! And also love how they included tax with my order.
