First hand experience; Vince and Natalie are the absolute best in the area hands down. We tried to sell our house for 16 months with another realtor with no luck - 2 months with Remax and they had it sold. Some may call that “the times” but there are reasons I do not believe that. Vince and Natalie Kelly were outstanding. My family and I moved from Ontario without a residence and homebased out of Bonnyville with nothing more than a vision and some hope. We weren't exactly sure where we wanted to live geographically speaking and were unfamiliar with the area. Both Vince and Natalie helped sheppard us thru the process, educating us on the surrounding areas all while remaining extremely patient with us while we shopped for our homestead. They went above and beyond to help link us in with realtors to view houses in Western Alberta as well as travelled significant distances to the outlying areas to show us different farms within our budget. In the end we found the ultimate place that lined up with our goals and we are forever grateful.

Chelsea was our realtor and did a great job dealing with difficult sellers and negotiations. She was available at all hours and days. We were coming in from out of town so had a fairly irregular schedule to try and arrange the showings. But She always accommodated us and our schedules. It was a pleasure. Totally recommend her.

Matt was our realtor, Amazing service, easy to connect with and very tech savvy. After our purchase they lent us their company trailer to help move. Any problem or concern we had he was well on the way to fixing without question. Definetly the person you want to represent you when you go to purchase your dream home.

We just go pre-approved for a mortgage, and started looking at homes. We have been working with Zak and it's been great. He helped explain all our possible options, he was quick to make our showing appointments and he's making sure we get the best home for our family.
