Love this place - will always try to stop by when I'm back home in Nova Scotia. Fantastic product made by passionate and friendly staff. Make sure to check out Barrelling Tide when you're in the Annapolis Valley, or even consider making a trip just to pick up some delicious handmade spirits. The sweet fruit flavored vodka and gin are great... But honestly, I've never had a better hot pepper vodka. If you like it spicy, their vodka will make the best caesar you've ever had. Barrelling Tide is among Nova Scotia's finest - don't miss out.

I picked up a bottle of the 5 Fathoms Dark Rum at the Wolfville Farmers Market. The molasses added to the rum makes for an exceptional sipping experience. Love the bottles graphics, shape and story. I like to let it sit with a couple ice cubes for 5 minutes before enjoying. A new favorite.

I had the chance to pick up a couple bottles of their vodka from Saltscapes. Great people and even better vodka, chili vodka makes a solid caesar, try it out.

Some of the best liquor I have ever had, the Gin is amazing. Their range of flavoured liqueurs are all very tasty and great so make combinations with. I am also a fan of being able to see the back distillery from the store.

Visited a few weeks ago. Enjoyed the tasting and bought the tidal run. Now we are home in thunder bay and cracked the bottle open. OMG it is the most amazing drink. So smooth and sweet tasting. We just love it. Will be placing an order for more. Very very enjoyable!!
