Severely damaged my driveway and won't repair even though they said they would via several emails. Chasing them for months now and still no further ahead. Not to be trusted. Spend your $ elsewhere.

We ordered for the first time this year. We just moved and needed to wood chip the backyard for the dogs. I ordered online, the calculator was easy to use and the pictures of wood chip selections was helpful. Once I ordered online, I got a call the next day to confirm and set up delivery. On the day of delivery I got another follow up call to confirm time, which was great so I wasn’t waiting around all day, I knew my time slot. The driver was very pleasant and professional. I was very happy with the price as well, I’ll be back next year to top up the wood chips after the winter.

If you order make sure to insist they deliver early, I didn't and I got my sod in the evening when it was too dark to lay. The pallet was soaked so the sod was steaming hot to the touch, by the next morning it had extreme heat damage. Hoping it will come back to life, feeling pretty anxious about it. Service is friendly at least, albeit not very helpful.Update: It never came back, now I have to rip it up and re-do it.

I don't recommend this company at all. I ordered regular top soil and sod. Delivered yesterday. The quality of regular soil was very bad. It contains a lot of concrete stones and traces of asphalt. Looks like they picked it up from someone's driveway the one is being redone. I am totally disappointed from this company . I just waisted my money.

100% will be recommending to friends and family, product quality was very good without any cracked stones or other defects. Any concerns I had were handled promptly and they took back returns no problem. Vicky was extremely helpful through the whole process and made sure I was always in the loop as far as my deliverys.

Do not use their services to build your pool. Do not engage in any contract or use their services please Don’t give them your hard-earned money. Don't let Adrian and Katie of London Landscape take your lifetime hard earned savings for their own gains. They just want your money. Me and my family would like to make the public aware of our experience so that others do not have to go through what we have had to go through. This past oct 2022 after a stressful summer and having to deal with their false promises we decided to take legal action and to take them to supreme court. A notice is yet to be served . I have paid over 105k to London landscape as per my payment receipt and what I got is a nightmare of a problem. They have no skills / knowledge to build a pool. this is a 3-man team sometimes 2 totally unskilled workers who have no clue how to build pools. We are filing legal lawsuit against them with Supreme Court of Canada. These guys are dishonest. Left me and my family high and dry through the summer and having to deal with a leaky nonfunctional pool that looked like a disaster with the liner floating and having to fill the pool up every other day with my garden hose and incurring huge water bills. I Paid them 105K. This company has put me and my family through stress / financial hardship and the pain and suffering and mental and emotional stress. London Landscape (Adrian and Katie )are the biggest crooks. Don’t trust them. I will leave it to the Canadian justice system and will be presenting all evidence in court. This is an unethical dishonest company run by 2 of the most dishonest people I have ever known. I have also reached out to the ministers of consumer relations, and they will be doing their investigation. I am also reaching out to the the local media to publish my story and to make the public aware. See pic of their work . We contracted with London Landscape to build our dream pool and backyard in April 2021. Start project date of June 1st. They didn’t start until the end of July 2021 after taking a 40% deposit of 40k. 3 months delay.Project was estimated to be 4-5 weeks. They gave us all sorts if excuses about delays from suppliers. They continued to take payments from us during the pool’s construction. 105k in total payments made to them. They turned over a leaky pool full of defects in Mid Oct 2021 .2nd day after the the pool was turned over to us it was showing signs of defect. Wrinkling and leaks and major loss of water. The liner was floating up. They advised us they will be back in spring 2022 to correct the issue and said not a big deal and this is a minor fix ironing out the wrinkles. But in reality, this was a much bigger issue that they were hiding from us. The issue with their plumbing leaking underground, poor drainage, poor construction result of them taking short cuts.Through summer we had to chase them via emails phone calls asking them to return to my property to fix the issue. They said they will come back again but wanted the remaining 5k balance before they could address the defects in the pool. Waiting for days and months for them to return to fix the issue. Sent them 100’s of emails and texts every day pleading to them to fix the leaky pool so that me and my family can enjoy and move on with our day-to-day life. I finally decided to take legal action and hired a lawyer and sent them demand notices. They finally showed up this past Aug drained the water out of my entire pool, They tried to patch up the pool walls with piece of tape. Lol and never came back. Left my pool drained liner compromised. Abandoned the job. Blamed the issue on ground water entering the pool and after that they blamed it as a liner defect. Kept on changing their story. My lawyer sent them further demand notice and they ignored all the correspondence and never showed up . A nightmare for me and my family to deal with and.I have hired an engineering company and they have investigated confirmed all the defects and short cuts that were taken by London landscape inc. This evidence will be used in court.

Super friendly service. Excellent rates. Used facebook messenger to communicate and got really quick responses to all my questions and arrangements for delivery. Then, needed more rocks so picked up in person this time and again friendly staff, quick service. Highly recommend

Was in a bind as the truck I reserved was delayed and needed to deliver some pea gravel, flagstones and river rocks to a client. So, I ordered products from London Landscape to be delivered on the next day, Saturday. I was told they could do the delivery, but not able to tell me the time, but would call to notify me of the delivery. The lady was helpful and I was relieved they could come out in short notice. I was relieved and thankful for them.By late Saturday afternoon I didn't hear anything, so I called to confirm if the delivery was made. I was told that they couldn't tell me as their computer wasn't working, but assured me if it was ordered and slated to be, it was delivered. Fair, so I called the client and yes, it was delivered. I was relieved!This is when the situation went awry.I went the next day, Sunday, to do the work for the client. Upon seeing the items delivered, I noticed a large amount of river rock, perhaps 2 yards. I had ordered 2 bags, about 10% of what was delivered. The 12 flagstones ordered were broken and barely usable, with many about the size of my hand. The pea gravel order was the perfect amount though...yeah for small victories.Again, I called to find out what happened and was told there was an error and they inadvertently delivered 2 yards (approx. 600 kgs) and not 2 bags (approx. 60 kgs), and also they don't pick up anything that has been dropped. (The reason I paid $90.00 for delivery for the order that was only $65.00, was I didn't have the means to pick it up, much less return the error order they dumped on my clients driveway.)I was told by them to put a sign up stating there are free rocks for pick up or post on groups on social media.After 3 trips with my car and the help of a Team member, we managed to remove all their extra product. It took a good part of 5 hours and much ware and tare on my car.After all the missteps on London Landscapes part, I decided to move on, as things happen. I'm also a business owner and things go awry sometimes, it's how you handle it that make us better or not. Well, this unprofessional behaviour continued.I called and asked for my invoice and was told they'd send it out right away and apologised for the mistakes again. I notified them it was done and I just wanted to finish this service and get the invoice to my client. Next day, no invoice. I called again, and requested the invoice again. The next day, nothing. Again I called and requested my invoice. I was told they didn't have my email address and took it. Great, finally I can finish this and move forward....Nope, no invoice. Again, 4th time, I called and was told my email was incorrect, even though I spoke with someone and went over my email address a few times and asked them to confirm they have it correctly. I was told, almost snakingly, that they got it ok.Almost 3 weeks after ordering the products, I finally got to complete the transactions for my client, when usually it take s few days.Very disappointed. Clients are happy with the final product, but the experience with this company was frustrating and dismissive.See final product attached.

Great customer service and very friendly staff. Katie was very helpful and even responded to emails while on holidays, which is clearly above and beyond. As for product, I ordered rocks and they delivered rocks...seems like a success!
