lady working there was extremely rude and raised her voice when I was there with my daughter. would not recommend supporting this business lots of other more friendly and inclusive places nearby.

I took both of my kids here on different visits. Extremely friendly and good prices. The quality of haircut is adequate, but is certainly not a high fashion salon.

This review is specially for Kathleen, I came first time at this location in somewhere in March and got a hair cut from Kathleen and she had checked my scalp, was very dry and sore because I got some sort of infection, due to chlorine in water, resulted itchy scalp and get wounded when I scratch. She recommended me a Segal Solution shampoo, after 2 weeks of use. I was amazed with the result scalp was not cured only it also thickened my hair. I wanted thank you for services of Kathleen. Truly great service. Loved it.

I have never been SO HAPPY with a cut and colour! I had my appointment with Kathleen and she was so great to talk to and did a FANTASTIC job! I got Balayage/Ombre and the colour is gradienting perfectly - I'm actually blown away. She took into account my skin tone, face shape, etc. And made sure I received the perfect look for me. Thank you so much Kathleen! I also met Sam who also works there and she was very fun and easy to talk to as well. :) Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Brittany, the manager of the cute little salon is professinal, friendly, extremely color knowlegedable, really listens to what her customers want to acheive. She makes suggestions, and really knows what the end result will be if mixing colors. The receptionist is friendly & this salon is exceptionally a business that stands out!

Took my two toddlers in for a cut. Their first language is French, and my 2 year old doesn't understand a whole lot of English. The two hairstylists were both bilingual, and welcomed the opportunity to speak French to them and make them feel comfortable. We've taken them to Hairdoo Zoo a few times, but I find the service and the price is better here (minus the toys and cartoons playing). One hairstylist recognized our youngest was scared of the buzz clippers, and gradually introduced it to him (let him see and touch it, etc.), was wonderful to see the patience and making a scary experience for them fun and positive. Even gave them 2 suckers each! I don't mind paying more by leaving a nicer tip, when the service is that great. On a tous eu une bonne expérience, merci!

I have changed my review of this establishment over what I witnessed today. I had walked in for a haircut and was waiting in the seating area when I witnessed the owner berate the youngest and clearly a new employee on how she was receiving bookings. Instead of teaching she outright embarrassed the girl. It was utterly insulting and if this is how they treat their staff I refuse to give them any further business. The owner of this particular franchise should be reprimanded for how she treats her staff and you can bet I will be contacting coorporate and spreading the word on what I witnessed today. The owner should be ashamed of herself and should know the only person she made look the fool was herself.

I sent my teenage brother here for a hair cut, he had very nice hair he was growing out so that he could do a nice style. A woman cut his hair very choppy, didn't know how to blend and took off far more than was even imaginable to him and then demanded a tip. The manager was nice and refunded his money however months and months of growing down the drain, he is miserable and would never suggest anyone to go here for a men's or boys cut unless you just want it buzzed or ruined. If I could rate this experience less than 1 star I would. Negative 10 stars. Change the name to cuts" Nothing magical about your hair styles!"
