Exceptional customer service at the Kanata location. Raquel has so much knowledge and was so helpful and patient with us newbies putting in blinds. The quality of the product is amazing but the customer service at kanata branch is horrible. The employees were treating me as if am not a serious buyer and they were avoiding helping me. They told me that someone will call me again to take the dimensions and I haven’t received a call from them for a week. I called Saint Laurent branch and they were amazing, they sent a designer to my house and he helped me and I placed my order. If I was the owner at kanata branch I would fire them all. Again the quality is amazing and this is my second order so far. I’m ready to speak to someone in the management just to tell them what they did. Awful customer service!!!

We’re very pleased with the service we received from this store. Isabelle and Jocelyne were both very patient with us during our selection process and they made very nice suggestions when we had trouble picking fabrics and colours. We had a difficult time finding our ideal look for high ceiling windows but they helped us achieve it and we’re very thankful! Robbie was also very quick and efficient at measuring and installing. He gave us sound advice on the placement of our drapes and blinds! We’re thankful for this team because now we can have privacy in our home and a good night sleep without light in our faces.

Super helpful in helping us choose the right option. Made the whole process very easy and received our order faster than stated. The shades look really great in our new home.

Alisha is exceptionally helpful. We were trying to replace two old cellular blinds but that style had been phased out. She spent a lot of time with us on the styles and colors available to help meet our needs. After we had made the order and gone home, she called to tell us the system would automatically reduce the widths a little for inside mount, treating the widths of ordered blinds as window width. This is different from their practice twenty some years ago when BlindsToGo made our original blinds, the order of which specified the actual blinds widths. Had she not checked with us on this, we would end up with blinds too narrow and not able to fully cover the window.Her help is greatly appreciated. Would do business again with them.

The sales lady Alisha was/is very great to work with. She was very welcoming and kind and would call to follow up.Our issue started with the materials for the patio door. The material is of poor quality and doesn't feel as great as the ones in store. The blinds for the patio door you have to guide or it just looses form and looks slant.The edges of blinds frey easily and began to get stuck in the mechanism and now we are noticing tears. We spoke to the store and they said we should have called way earlier and that we are out of warranty. They said to replace it is another $700! We are disappointed with the response!These blinds cost us thousands of dollars.I definitely won't be purchasing blinds here again! I am only giving a 3 star because of the sales agent - Alisha, else it would be a 1!!!

We were unable to correctly install the safety cord for the blind. As a result, the blinds cannot be pulled up. This is very frustrating .

This is regarding order # 316584. We are quite disappointed at their lifetime warranty". The lifetime warranty is non-existent as the blinds we bought 5 years ago started to tear and the warranty was declined by the store associate. The store explained that the warranty only covers the casing mechanism and not the blinds themselves. So they're telling me: Blinds To Go
