Bell City Motel

The rooms were fairly dirty i had to clean them up for at least 3 hours to make it even remotely livable.The friendly cockroaches were also not helpful i had to provide pesticide myself to kill em.

Excellent service, friendly people, queen size bed, room had a big refrigerator and a microwave the beds are comfortable, very quiet room. we would go back to Bell city motel

TERRIBLE PLACE AND PEOPLE! - Had been evacuated due to the #brantfordflood drove there to book a room for my husband and daughter got charged 120$ - and had to leave my husband's native status card as collateral" ..? ( we were DESPERATE to book a room before they got all booked so I complied even though my instincts were against it.) then on my way home to gather my daughter n things I got notified we didn't need a motel as we can stay at family friends. I turned around ( was gone MAYBE 10 min ) to go back. I asked for my money back as I haven't even set a foot in or seen the room

The sheets were dirty looked like they were never washed and the owner goes in your room when you are not in your room and take your belongings and they always have a reason to never return your security deposit and also alot of cockroaches and flies and the bathroom was filthy disgusting luckily I'm a clean freak I disinfected the bathtub sink and toilet properly myself everyday! Never staying again

Not a bad place to visit somebody, but I wouldn't rent there. Its a real shady place

Wish I could give a zero. I was in need of a room so I took what I could get 950 every 2 weeks. Owner asked for my help moving something then he wanted me to vacuum 3 rooms he never changed the sheets on the beds. I paid a 50 dollar deposit then he tired giving me 40 back 10 dollars for a cleaner!!!!! I left the room way cleaner. Paul you are creating some enemies around here!!!!

Rented the room for my girlfriend and I didn’t go in right away .. came back after dinner and the door for the room was open ..Went in lifted the blanket and found a pipe that’s used for drugs between the blanket and the sheets..Blankets had cigarettes burns everywhere.. chair in the room had cigarette burns and old and dirty ..walls and wall boards haven’t been cleaned in ages .. floor was wet .. one towel one face towel ..half roll off toilet paper .. toilet handle was broken..I went for coffee in the morning when I came back my girlfriend said someone was trying to open the door ( glad I locked it )Charge me $85 plus tax and the only good thing out of it was the tv it worked..Horrible place very shady .

Very nice rooms.Service is really good. The owner is very friendly. I stayed there for two days and enjoyed my stay.

Not the first or second choice I'd make but if in a bad situation and need a place well in Brantford it's ok..Take your own towel and pillows they supply but just take the advice.Price should be abit cheaper but seeing how everything rental wise went up recently I guess it's following the same ruteen. Noise issue's from other's and almost fights occuring most of the night during weekend.Person who cleans for the motel also lives on site and personally he was very nice and caring definitely deserves some praise for doing what he can with what he has to work with. 10/10 for his service.Owner seems abit off more like his way or no way didnt make sense of part of a conversation we had... Before renting a room and as we checked out... But he was not rude and was easy talk with.Again if you can find accommodations elsewhere do so but if in a bad situation for a night or two then it'll work. note: Wifi doesn't work and outdated tv/appliances. room we had needed repairs badly but was in a very tight situation due to a drop out with accommodations elsewhere.

Happy to write a 200 word review on this location.The owner and manager is a very cheap individual, he illegally withheld my money and was trying to force me to stay until the police arrived. Which he called! All over some yelling in our room we had the police called on us!I vaguly remember this day because it lead to a series of unfortunate events leading to me in jail.We live in a world where police take any randoms persons word and make assumptions and call them facts.Manipulation and depreivation.If you want a motel to down the street to mohawk motel.. They actually care about their customers.They would never call the police over an arguement .1 star and i will never ever step foot on this location again.By-law! Lmao!!!And he never returned my money / deposits. Lol.Thanks bell city! Ur reputation is done!
