Must say the sales representatives are very nice. What Mark's needs to do is update there inventory so the staff knows exactly what in store. Went to 3 different stores as they checked there inventory and said the item was in stock and it wasn't. Wasn't a very happy person. I'll not go back. I do a fair amount of shopping at Mark's

Been shopping at the location for years, last time, 2 months ago when called the store to confirm if store was dog friendly the answer was always yes, we came into the store as usual and this time assistant manager, who refused to identify herself, or her staff, rudely asked me to leave! The staff was screaming at me, started accusing me of being aggressive! I know I’m dark skin and I have dreads but RACISM in your store should Not be tolerated! I was refused entry and yelled at while all I was trying to do was to ask- why there was NO dogs allowed signs since 2 months ago I was here with my dog without any issue! In fact staff was very friendly to my dog. Raising their voice, giving no justification or answers, staff refused to give their names, couldn’t explain why dog wasn’t allowed - there’s NO sign on the store stating that dogs were not allowed. Store manager Sheri - you should look into your staff behavior!! Date of my visit was October 1, 2021 at 5:45pm- Friday, store in County Hills next to Winners where staff is polite and never raised their voice at me or my dog! If you are honestly concerned with your staff behavior, I would be happy to discuss it.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff made shopping easy

Pretty gendered selection e.g there aren’t construction clothes / Carthatts and only nursing scrubs in the women’s section. Opposite in the men’s section. Otherwise the clearance deals are pretty good.

Poor Costumer Service i'm collecting points but the cashier told me my number wasn't registered she ask me twice for my number but when i go to canadian tire i use same number and it was registered already..

If a place could feel Canadian, it would probably be this store. A lot of great winter clothing for those chilly days, and a great selection of work clothes for construction and labour, and also a small selection of nurse scrubs and clothing.There was an issue for sizing that I suppose was just inevitable, since we needed clothes and some of them were either in too large of a size, or too small of a size.Remember, layers, layers, layers for winter and you can definitely get those layers here.

Went in to use my egift card and staff went to get manager who came and told me they don't accept egift cards and I'd have to phone the head office to see how I can use my card.funny because they accept apple &google pay which I'm sure ppl put there gift cards in those apps too.. the same attitude I got when I went to the Somerset marks warehouse too ,again from the manager...they really need to improve there customer service skills..I DONT recommend going to either the country hills or the Somerset or beddington one.

walked in and no one tried to help me. the change rooms are not very clean either. the clothes are good for a fair price though.

Terrible place to shop. Prices way to high even during boxing day. And you can't get what you want. Don't always have the right size

Put me on a 10mins hold and no response. This location always had poor customer service. Once an employee lied about the mark’s price match policy. Employees are super lazy and definitely needed more training.
