I couldn't be happier to recommend Ben's services. He certainly earned my highest accolades today. As the below pictures will help to illustrate (and they don't even show the enormity of the job) our huge window and wood soffit was covered in spiderwebs, active spiders, their nests and even an active wasp nest. Ben assessed the situation, gave a reasonable quote, thought it best in the circumstances to hand wash our windows and got the job done. Our window has never looked this nice. He cleaned the inside, too.. He did the rest of the windows, as well, and I fully intend on having him back for other maintenance work in the months and seasons to come. He is super to deal with, very professional, knows how best to take on the job and isn't deterred by whatever challenges arise. We're super impressed.

Ben responded to my call immediately and came the same day to give me a quote. He was back the next day and did a phenomenal job cleaning our glass patio overhang and gutters. I’d have him back in a heartbeat.

We just had Ben back to do another house wash and once again he did an outstanding job. This year he washed the vinyl siding , windows and cleaned the gutters inside and out. We have used Ben in the past toremove the moss from our roof (it looked brand new after), pressure wash the driveway and walkways. My wife and I found Ben through some local advertising he was doing and we contacted him to get a quote for our gutters as we had recently bought in Langley and didn't have a local provider yet. After reviewing all of the quotes we received, we decided to go with Ben and couldn't have been happier with our decision. We scheduled an appointment and unfortunately it was during the awful windstorm we had in December 2018. I thought for sure Ben would reschedule and I wouldn't have blamed him. But Ben showed up regardless, cleaned all of our gutters and the roof and even washed some of the windows outside (not in the original scope of work) just because they were a little dirty post-construction. Outstanding work and service and one of the nicest, genuine people my wife and I have met. I meet Ben at Christmas time after he had beautifully hung my neighbors Christmas lights. I hired him this past week to clean windows and decks in the 83 unit apartment complex I manage. Ben and his team did an amazing job! Very friendly, professional and thorough. The residents in the building are all seniors and change is often not welcome. By the beginning of the second day I was flooded with thumbs up, best clean they have ever had an one resident said “ refine maintenance and cleaning is a 10/10”!
