Ruff cuts is the only place I would ever take my dog to get groomed! My boxer Mac is usually very shy and doesn’t like being in the public, but when I take him to Ruff Cuts he gets so excited and jumps right out of the truck! His groomer Paige is a true dog lover and treats him so well. I’ve recommended her to all of my friends! 10/10 best grooming business in Kawartha Lakes!

We have been using Ruff Cuts for a couple of years now for our Annie. Lately we have been getting Jess to do her grooming and Annie has really taken to her. The staff is always friendly and we are always happy with the service.

1st time visit ! Debbie ( groomer) was more than helpful with my extremely difficult little shihzu/Yorkey that was very badly matted. Unfortunately he can't go back bc he is so nasty when you touch certain areas but I was more than pleased with the trim she did do !! THANKYOU Deb you are a brave soul !!

Had made an appointment for 3:30pm to get my dogs nails trimmed. Arrived at 3:25pm. As someone with their dog was in the front lobby conversing and the rules being one dog at a time, i found it a courtesy to wait in my truck to leave. I didn't realize i was obligated to sit around with another waiting customer while a daily chit chat occurs impeding other's from continuing the day. Wouldn't recommend if time is of value to you.
