Do not order online.2nd time ordering an in stock item, and then getting some bogus story about it not being found in stock and is now no longer available. Lamp is being manufactured by multiple companies! Website is STILL listing it as in stock a week later and every other bulb ever made. THEY DON'T HAVE STOCK!!! But they will still take your money.

We had an awesome experience with Gary. Gary worked with us to ensure that we got the right product, that it qualified for government rebates, and that he shipped everything quickly. While a number of the bulbs arrived broken, Gary was quick to replace them at no cost to us. I have not hesitation in recommending this company for your lighting needs. They are affordable and provide a product that works well!

Doubted the information I was given today after receiving an order. Original was not in stock and shipping fees expensive in comparison to competitors. Product of mine went in the garbage and nothing offered in return.

Absolutely horrible service quality after being sent damaged and faulty products. Tommy Zhang did not stand behind the products and service and failed to live up to the company’s stated satisfaction guarantee. I would not recommend purchasing from this business. Two thumbs down!
