The most awful experience. I dealt with Lucas Sripathy and he would not let me talk. Talked over me to the point of yelling before hanging up the phone. Incredibly misogynistic service.

Awful service from Lucas Sripathy. Fellow Doesn’t seems to know what customer service means. Very rude behaviour. Was not truthful and upfront. As someone else mentioned in a review he doesn’t seems listening to customer rather yells at them and making customer upset. Contacted the owner and waiting for the call back. I would suggest when using this establishment deal with anyone but Lucas Sripathy. This establishment doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. It’s important to carefully go through their charges before finalizing any business with them and not get ripped off.

I rarely ever write a review but feel compelled to write one now: my husband and I have been knowing Lucas Sripathy for almost 20 years and always had the most positive and pleasant experiences with him helping us to book trips to Europe. He is a person who goes that extra mile and we felt confident that he did his very best and if there would be any issues during our trip we could contact him any time and he would be there to help. Lucas is very experienced, knowledgeable, has good humour and is in fact a good listener. Recently booked my holidays with him and was happy that, after 3 years I could still (again) hear his voice on the phone. We look forward to consult him again in the future.
