They do not keep their appointment. I will lay out the facts so you can make your own judgement.I called 2 days in advance to make an appointment for 11AM. I was told 'No problem'. When I got there around 10 minutes before my appointment, there was already walk-in waiting. Technically, since I had an appointment, I should be next. But that didn't happen. The walk-in needed to go before me and I was told to come back at noon. I accepted. When I came back at noon, I was told to come back the next day. When I said that I had an appointment, I was told that it didn't matter as the hairdresser has no time for you. But isn't this the point of an appointment? Reserving a slot so that you can go?

Fully understand what I think, a super friendly hairdresser! Professional!

Lily cut my boys hair today I have to say she put all other hairdressers in Brossard to shame even the over priced high end salons in the Dix/30. Definitely going back and highly recommend this place.

Lili understood my requirements promptly and was quick with my haircut. The service is quick and efficient and the pricing is reasonable.Only downside is the waiting. Better call them before going or be ready to wait in the queue.

A Grand-ma who cut their grand-son hair at home during the pandemic should not cut customers' hair in a hair salon like this.You are wasting my time and ruin my hair style!

Very nice salon. Great low price for men's hair cut and they did a good job. The hair dresser even asked for my input during my hair cut to make adjustments. I will definitely be coming back.
