They ruined a fine dark blue blazer/jacket that just needed express pressing/ironing -- it was already clean. It came out shiny from heat, still wrinkled, especially around the lapels and edges. Mind you, I called twice, once to ask and once to make sure this doesn't happen, I mean the shining, because I need it that evening and knew that I wouldn't have time if something go wrong. Terrible attitude -- I think they try to hide behind the language barrier! Will never use them again!

I have used Belsize cleaners to launder my dress shirts - and do alterations. They have always been friendly, polite, and professional. The best work they did was to a red jacket that my wife had ripped not on a seam - she thought for sure that the coat was a write off - but the work done by Belsize cleaners saved it - and brought it back to life.

Have been there about 5 times over the last 2 years. Things seemed okay, but today I went to pick up my suit jacket and saw that they'd scuffed the buttons to the point that they need to be replaced.When I pointed this out, they said it was the buttons fault, not theirs, and that if they were plastic, it would have been fine. I asked why they wouldn't have told me beforehand that their work would have damaged the jacket - they had no reply.I asked if they would add new, similar buttons (since they do alterations) to make up for the error, but it seemed they were more concerned with keeping their dry cleaning profit than doing the right thing.They are lovely, calm people (always the same man & woman when I come), but they don't hold themselves accountable when they've damaged your clothing.
