Asked for a quote in October and didn't get an answer until months later. A hard copy of my contract was never given to me.Work was supposed to be done in late May or early June, they neglected to tell me that what that meant was that they would put in the posts and then wait a month before installing the actual fence.The work they did was not to my specifications and parts of the job were very sloppy. There is still a huge gap in the back where my dog will be able to get out of the yard.I specifically asked not to attach my fence to the neighbour's fence and not only did they do that, but they did so in the cheapest, ugliest way possible.Shame on me for not doing my research and choosing a different company.Two stars because the employees were pretty nice.

I've been charge 300$ to dismantle an old ramp that would have take 5 minutes from someone else (that offer to do It for free). I have not been advise of the cost, but yes It was on the quotation. So they prefer loosing the sale of a new ramp instead of negotiate for removing those fees.Salesperson could not advise or give ideas.I purchase from Cloture Frontenac.

I originally dealt with Clotures Jermar when it was still a very new company. They had installed fencing all around the property of my new home as well as the neighbors on the sides and behind us (5 properties in total). The quality of their work is exceptional and the follow-up service is unmatched. They automatically followed-up for the next 2 seasons to ensure that the fences were straight and made adjustments if necessary.We had issues a few years later with the ornamental fence installed on the front of the property as the paint quickly lost it's color and finish. Jermar did everything they could to address the problem including taking them down, and brought them to the shop to have repainted. After several years of various attempts to fix the problem they finally decided to replace with new ornamental fences at their own expense (without manufacturer contribution). This was 4 years ago and we've had no problems since.To all the people who made comments in their reviews about price........buyer beware!!!! In the end you get what you pay for and everything has a cost! Personally I would not call anyone else if I needed their services again! Merci Jermar!

It has been 2 weeks since installation and we couldnt be happier. We have 2 very happy dogs. This company was very professional from start to finish. Thank you for everything you have a great team.

Interaction with the sales exec - excellent.Execution of the work the workers thought they had to do - excellentExecution of the work you actually asked for - terribleTreatment of the customer by the owner of the business - REALLY terrible.TIP. You have to sit on a chair and watch the workers do all of the work. They will not ask for a clarification, and it is up to YOU to be there at the critical times, because according to the business owner, its YOUR liability. (I was in the house upstairs when my fence was installed in the wrong position even though the 6 inch channel for the fence was RIGHT THERE). you have been warned.

We had a chain link fence installed end of June 2022. The guys who dug the holes for the posts and later installed the fence were polite and professional. I dealt with Sylvie who was great and respected the timeline. The women in accounting, I forget her name was also great. I would definitely recommend them.

I was supposed to have my fence installed in April ( like one of the first ones as the season permitted).It was done in June. Followed with excuses due to Covid-19.They arrive on my pretty large property with a small container the day before Victoria day to undo the old wooden fence. The team was nice but they left me over a week with an unfinished fence with my 3 year old and lots of young kids on in my neighborhood.My above ground pool was swim ready. I had to let the company know that the situation could tesult in a child drowning and that would be bad publicity.They finally came a few days later..I had another team scheduled for tree grinding, clean up and they had to undo the remaining of the wooden fence at my cost to do the cleanup. Had this fence company done and finished the job on time and booked the right size container, I wouldn’t have been put in this situation. It wasn’t due to Covid-19 or a bridge problem, it was a booking problem from this fence company to the container company. But everyone is blaming each other.Marcel the company owner was not understanding of the situation and said I had to pay the full amount of the original contract.Admission of the failure to book the right size container would have taken an honest consciencious petson instead of belittling a client.

As others have mentioned, the workers doing the installation were excellent and very friendly, but the management was a complete disaster. I contacted them in April and made it clear that we needed our fence done by the end of the summer, and even chose them over another company we had a cheaper quote from because they said they could do it earlier by July, or August at the latest. Ended up being done in December, and was told at the last minute that I would need to install the slats myself even though the installation was included in the original contract.My wife gave birth in October which is why we really wanted the fence to be taken care of earlier, and every attempt to ask for updates since June was met with vague answers that our project would be taken care of soon" or in "the next few weeks". We even had access to a third party that could have handled the installation in October so I suggested Jermar could perhaps just deliver the materials and leave out the labor

Great service! The whole staff was super helpful and friendly.We ordered the privacy slats for our chain-link fence and they were very helpful with explaining how to install them.We needed the slats to get our pool permit.The quality is much better than the slats that we tried from Reno Depot and the price is similar. Also MUCH easier to install on our fence!Love how it turned out!

They charged a lot for a wooden fence, that was installed back in October 2018, with all the money i paid they didn't even put caps on the top of the post but a cut piece of wood. I went to renodepo bought wooden caps they made the fence look a lot better for $1.99 each I needed 10, I bought them myself and put them on. Really spending over 2K on the fence and they couldn't spend $20 for ten caps. Six months later, some of my planks are already splitting. That shows what kind of company this is. Have 2 more sides to do, sorry won't be using you in the future.
