I reached out to Jeff after a great referral from our plumbing/heating company. Jeff answered right away and was super friendly on the phone. Our job was not a super-urgent job, yet Jeff still made time for us only 2 days later! He completed exactly what we were looking to have done in both a timely and efficient manner, and went above and beyond in both his cleanup and patching up some drywall. From first contact all the way through the job Jeff was responsive, courteous, professional, and always willing to explain what he was doing and why. Jeffery was extremely professional. He was up front when I called and he made me aware of potential problems. He was quick to come fix my problem. He charged a fair price for his services and was very knowledgeable. He is honest and did a great job. I will be needing an electrician for future projects and I will definitely call him. I only wish I hadn’t put off the issue in my home. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and was very thorough in his troubleshooting process. He answered all of my questions and I would recommend Jeffery to anyone needing an electrician.

We had a problem with the main electric cable. I took several opinions but Jeff was the only one who offered a definitive fix. He responded very quickly, took pictures and explained to me what needed to be done. He did all the communication with NS power and the job passed their inspection without a problem. He left the work area tidy which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend Knightridge if you need a professional and competent electrician.

Recently my smart meter blew up. I called Jeff at Knightsridge and he responded right away. They got power restored to my house quickly and at a very reasonable price. It was the first time I had used night ridge electrical and I certainly will think of them as my first choice from now on. Thank you Jeff!
