Great contractor to deal with. Like all larger organizations there will always be people that may rub you the wrong way. However after 2 years of dealing with them they have been professionals from sales, project management and accounting.we dont work with many large contractors because they tend to arrogant. Not the case with forest.

I'm a musician and the last person qualified to criticize any other trade. But when you see contractors laying stone without a level you begin to wonder.Thanks for all the awesome wavey lines on my stone wall. I always thought they should be straight; but maybe that's the 'new' way of laying stone.I thought it was just my unit, but you guys managed to botch all the units.Here's some advice, the next time you guys lay stone use a LEVEL. Don't just stack them and think it'll end up looking straight. Also take some pride in your work. It'll alway show.Very disappointed. Amateurs.

I don't even know how Satrohan Persaud still has a job in this company. He is very arrogant, ignorant, rude, and the list goes on. If you have any inquiries go directly to Dominic or Nello or anyone that is NOT Satrohan to save you the trouble.Good luck

One is the lawn repair guy and the other is the interlock team.First, the sod service. Instead of putting their junk at the respective property, they dumped garbage (wood and nails) on my newly repaired lawn and run the wheel barrels on them. They have not right to walk on my property. This no only damaging my existing lawn, my new baby grass were stepped on and died. When questioned, they make excuses of saying the way how they behave will not affect my property. Rather than apologizing properly, they just jump some sort of dirt and who knows what seeds on my lawn, trying to cover up??? their error without my consent or approval. This is already so unprofessional.A few days later, the interlock team arrived. They parked their van just outside my house. I asked them why not they park at their respective house as there is no car outside my neighbour’s house. Besides, I have a contractor coming and I need my spot for the day. The crew head gave me such an attitude, literally saying that he can do whatever he wants as it is public area, and he can park anywhere he wants. I know that as a homeowner, I have the right to contact my city to ticket their car if they park more than a number of hours. Instead of of arguing with him, I tried to contact my neighbour and the city. While I am making calls and taking pictures of his vehicle, he signalled me that he is moving his car. When I walked pass him, he gave me a “warning” that my parking spot out side the house will be filled up anyways as they are going to have a line of vehicles coming.For a company who claim themselves on their Facebook page as “known not only for superior services, the Forest Contractors name is also synonymous with commitment to client care and integrity of service,” their actions speak otherwise. TALK IS CHEAP. They may so call provide their service for their clients by Jeopardizing other people’s properties.I will not ever risk my relationship with my neighbours by hiring a company like them.

They drive around in a vintage pickup with the headlights off at night - a pretty cool and definitely safe way to represent your company!

May 2nd 2019 Driving Home south on Albion Vaughan Rd Forest Paving resurfacing roadway directed Traffic from one lane to next lane As They are freshly spraying liquid tar and directed traffic to drive through at least 200 meters of wet Tar which is Now Covered My Truck And Will Not Come Off . For One Of Canada’s Best Companies you would think they’d know not to direct traffic ( destroying lots of vehicles) through the freshly sprayed tar . I can’t park my truck in my Driveway where my son plays hockey now it’s dripping TOXIC CHEMICALS everywhere I park. Tried Power-washing it off and it’s caked on and doesn’t come off . So I’m sure Easy # of a 100 vehicles are destroyed and where these vehicles are parked in driveways there are children being exposed to TOXIC CHEMICALS . I’m contacting City Of Vaughan And Town Of Caledon . Now Me the Little Guy will have to fight to get my Vehicle replaced by this Company or City Of Vaughan. Today is May 3rd I feel sick now from breathing in the Chemicals That Are All Over My Truck . I also feel it’s UNSAFE for my family to drive in my 2017 F250 because of the Fumes Coming Off Of It . Nor can I park it on driveways of my customers homes !!!! Update Forest Paving Sends me to get my truck cleaned there Detailer tells me there’s A lot of parts to be replaced on my truck mud flaps / side foot rails etc . When presented with Estimate Let the Games Begin !!! From telling me to push my truck to the Cleaners to suggesting that it’s safe for children to play in Tar ! As well as calling Me a liar when I’d spoken to there Detailer ! Canada’s Best managed company is Basically Telling a Honest Hard Working Canadian Do What we Tell You Or To Bad !

My driveway looks worse then ever and extremely crooked and they leftmy front yard grass with stones and cement on it,so basically ruined my grass!!Worse contractor ever! The arrogant guy tried to explain with his bs reason behind it...Be aware!! still going through the complaint office to have it fixed!!!!i have pictures to prove it!!!i can not believe these people are in buisness still!!!yes i spoke directly to the one of the elderly guy and he was super arrogant and rude..As i was talking and explaining my reasons he walked away and started pounding the side of my driveway with his tool! Then just took off!worst company ever!!!BE AWARE OF THEM!

The review that posted 5 star must be one of their employees. The other 3 1 star reviews live up to the truth. Rude and ignorant employees. Would not recommend this company to anyone that would like to receive respect from some for hire.

They came to repave our entire neighborhood and fix the curbs. They left nails all over the road after taking their wood off and I ended up with a flat tire and lost a half a day of work. I mentioned this to one guy and he told me to talk to another guy which I've never seen. They came to paint the lines in the parking lot 3 days ago, they left an open bucket of paint in the middle of the road and took off. I had to go and move the bucket so nobody drives into at night and the bucket is still on the side of the road. Left all the caution tape laying around the road after taking their pylons.Come and take your bucket of paint before someone kicks it over.
