The lady with the tattoos is always super nice to me, especially since I can't speak French. The service here has always been good and I return things from Amazon like once a week cause they can't get anything right!

Portière au sommet de l'incompétence. S'obstiner qu'il est impossible d'ajouter une signature sur un tracking international alors que votre système vous ouvre une fenêtre demandant si je veux une signature au balayage de mon colis. Colis laisser dans le corridor sans surveillance. Par chance que vous fermer, une pomme pourris de moins dans le reseau.

Terrible!! Only dam place still operating on reduced time because of COVID 19. Problem is post Canada left a pick up item card with the freaken wrong opening and close hours!! Horrible unorganized company

Helpful yet understaffed employees who provide me solid service. Timing of visit can determine experience if 2-3 people show up before you and one of them has no clue what they're doing in life.
