I had my first appointment at Innes Dental today! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr Khouri performs with a high degree of professionalism. I felt comfortable and taken care of during my visit- will definitely be returning again.

I have been getting my dental work done here for years, professional and reliable, great service, no complaints.

I was Dr Ball’s patient from January 2001 until this year — I moved to Montreal in mid-March. I love Dr.Ball and Dr. Khoury and all the staff at Innes dental. I have been with them for over 15 years. They are always so friendly and wonderful to deal with them.

I've been a patient there since I was a child. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Dr Ball is very accomadating and gentle. I've had clean ups and fillings and recently got a root canal done that went well. Highly recommended.

You won't find a better dental staff than Innes Dental group. I have been going for more than 20 years and Dr. Ball is the most gentle dentist I have come across. Today, Kelly was my hygienist. She was just as gentle and friendly. Thanks for many years of great service!

Dr Khouri is nice, helped me a couple of times out of extreme pain.The admin team is awful, multiple times they have phoned me months after appointments telling me I owe money, all due to miscommunication and blaming software, I have been rescheduled day of several times, just never a fluent experience, my last phone call to them was to leave their office and say I am going to a new dentist, then the woman from admin calls me 3 more times asking to give them more money from a claim that did not go through for the 2nd time 4 months ago(its wild...) until finally today I receive a voicemail saying they figured it out and they did actually receive the money, previously she was trying to make me feel bad saying its my responsibility to pay even if the insurance company doesn't pay for it. Hot garbage fire of an admin team, but the dentist is good.

Great team, friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service. Direct billing is a plus!

Dr. Ball and his team are simply the best. I've been a patient of his for 35 years and always been treated with exceptional care.He is not allowed to retire.
