Have to share that I was SOOO hesitant to order a custom sofa.... But the staff was AMAZING! For my sofa, I worked with a few staff members and met the owner briefly and couldn't have been happier. The product is high quality, reasonably priced for how custom every part of it was and ON time. You cannot beat this. Honestly I will never buy a sofa from anywhere else ever again! Cannot recommend them enough.... especially now when all major furniture companies are taking months and months!

I understand that working in customer service can be challenging, and I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews. However, I recently encountered a very rude employee at a store.We visited this store couple days ago. We did not find anything we liked and decided to leave to visit other stores.As we were leaving, the old lady approached us and asked if we liked anything. I said Thank you! I would let her know If I liked anything but I had not found anything I liked so far. She gave me a hostile look and insulted that "I know the prices in this store are expensive". Wow! She think we can afford a house here

We love Sofaworks and are so grateful to them! We bought our original couch from them 8 years ago, but sadly, we couldn't get it out of our condo when we moved because of a measurement error on our part. So we had to destroy it :( Our autistic daughter was devastated, as she lost her 'cozy corner'. The team at Sofaworks incredibly was able to make us a nearly identical couch for our new place, even though they no longer carried the fabric, and some of the dimensions had changed. They thought of every detail and were so considerate and helpful! Love these guys! And we love our new couch :-) We recommend Sofaworks to everyone, they are the epitome of a community business.

Another family member purchased a couch from Sofa Works about 10 years ago and it remains in excellent condition. On their recommendation, and after checking out other stores for price and quality, we ordered from Sofa Works. The sales support was excellent for assisting us in working through fabric choices, cushion density and other details. They have an amazing selection of fabrics; I purchased fabric from them prior to make cushions for an eating bench and the quality is superb. Our couch was completed much sooner than expected and carefully wrapped for our pick up (they do deliver but we have a truck). The couch is exactly what we hoped for and if you are looking for something that can be versatile, customized and long lasting, Sofa Works is THE place to go.

Quality is unbeatable. Tried sit test at numerous other very expensive ready made pieces & there is no comparison. Worth every penny.

Leslie is an amazing advisor. She assisted us in choosing our furniture and fabrics effortlessly. She is certainly knowledgeable at her craft. The custom made and designed furniture arrived and installed in a timely fashion. The furniture and fabrics are of the highest quality. The modular sectional looks amazing and is wonderfully functional We are so fortunate that we found this store and Leslie!!! Thank you Leslie, highest kudos to you and your skilled craftspeople!!!

We had a sectional made through SofaWorks in Coquitlam just before Christmas 2019 and couldn't be happier with the result. It was a challenging build because the sectional had to fit into an existing sunken area but also be capable of standing on legs in future when we move from this house. The interior designer we worked with (Laura) was fabulous! She came to the house to assess the colours and style we had to work with and selected the perfect combination to fit into our decor for our sectional and throw pillows. The build was done on time, delivered as promised, and then when we noticed a small deficiency, they took the piece back and fixed it - no questions asked - and returned it within 2 days! Fantastic experience overall. We can recommend this company to everyone!

I guess I was the few who have had a bad experience. Everything seemed to go well with the purchase. They seem to stand by their product and I love supporting Canadian businesses. The problem I had was they never mentioned the warranty of the fabric. It completely faded after a year and half. The warranty is only 1 year. I've never seen fabric fade on a couch like this. I've bought cheap couches before and I've never seen a couch fade like this. I spent 3400 on this couch. Also within the 2 years the cushion started to lose it's firmness, and I know this had a warranty because the owner said it would have a lifetime warranty. Sweet. Anyways, I emailed them twice and never got a response. So about 2.5 years later, I emailed again, and finally got a response. So obviously they wouldnt cover the fabric which is unfortunate, cuz the couch is gross and now I'm stuck with it. And I now have to bring the cushions in to get fixed. I'm not in a rush, since they werent in a rush to email me.I posted a picture. We flipped the cushions, but still, it faded. Also, the couch was a sage green...the super faded one is yellow, and the green is a gray-green.
