I love this m&m location. Store is beautiful; the staff & owner always go above and beyond! They always exceed my expectations every time we visit. My children LOVE the chicken tenders. A great choice for anyone looking for real meat, and not the low grade quality you would find at other stores. We've also tried other items, never a let down! I can't go to any other location because this store & it's staff celebrate our business every time we visit. We feel like family! Thanks for all the years of great food, m&m Markham!

This is the place to go for finger foods and party food favourites. The staff are attentive and the place is always clean. While the pricing can seem to be a bit higher it balances out with the quality of the food. We have never been disappointed with our selections.

Were there for 10+ minutes. Never greeted or asked if we needed any help. Another customer on the other hand, walked in and was immediately greeted. And not even a thank you" after we finished paying. Because we were "different"?"

Bought a variety of items for Superbowl. 2 lb jumbo Buffalo wings (approx. 13), jalapeño cheese poppers, bite size crab cakes & bacon wrapped scallops. All of it was yummy. Impressed with the scallops since it was frozen + they use the entire strip of bacon to wrap one scallop. We also bought beef & bacon skewers and chicken kabobs but didn't end up cooking it since there was already lots of food for a party of 2. We've had the kabobs on the barbie before... very tasty!

Terrible customer service by the younger woman there. She seemed to have an attitude when I asked her how many people the package of lasagna would feed. Then I told her I forgot my m&m card and she proceeded to charge me the full price without asking for my phone number to try to look it up or anything. I had to ask and then the older lady stepped in and looked it up for me. Never coming back here, will go to another m&m. No smile whatsoever.

Placing pick up orders is a breeze and the food is delicious. It's hard to pick a favourite, but I'd say my family is most crazy about the cod nuggets.

Great place yo get wonderful frozen meals. Everything from Pork Tenderlion to Quiche. Lots to choose from with easy prep. I was served by Niel who was very helpful and knew about all the products. Wish we had this chain in California.

Terrible customer service. I bought something for my mother, which was the wrong product. I came back to exchange it the next day for the right product. I had my receipt. The gentleman (said he was the manager or owner, wouldn't even clarify) totally brushed me off. The owner is extremely rude. He did not provide an exclamation as to why, just kept saying no". And walked away from me at during the interaction like I didn't exist. Also very embarrassing in front of the other clients. Never been so disrespected in my life. I'm not spending anymore money at M&Ms. You need more coaching for your management and staff in regards to customer inquiries. I can't stress how terrible my experience was here. If I could give it no stars I would but unfortunately that's not an option"
