My wife and I recently experienced an unusual set of circumstances that seemed to have limited options for a solution. Our insurance rep, Heather Sulikowski, went above and beyond and found a solution by thinking outside the box. Westland Insurance is very lucky to have Heather working for them. She has earned our loyalty.

Heather is amazing! Can't say enough about how well she deals with her clients. She is super responsive, efficient and goes above and beyond to take care of our families insurance needs. Heather is the best!

I guess my review was the only one overlooked. And I wrote such a good one...My insurance broker Rhonda McCutcheon was absolutely wonderful I had the greatest experience and I had spent days phoning insurance company after insurance company and you know they were all typical salesman trying to upsell I knew exactly what kind of insurance I wanted she didn't push anything on me she had my quote ready within 5 minutes and I even received the best quote out of 20 plus companies that I had phoned so I knew right there and then because of her demeanor her positive attitude how attentive and quick to help me that I was ready to proceed on and do business with Westland insurance and that is highly in part to do with the fact that Rhonda was so warm and caring honest she wasn't a salesperson trying to sell me something I didn't want she asked me what my needs were and she met my needs and I can't thank her enough because I have bought my first car and now I have insurance and it was the most pleasant experience I had out of all the calls that I made to other major insurance companies that you would think would have their agents and insurance brokers not trying upsell you something that you're not asking for if you know what you're looking for and you say it straight up front they should accept what you're saying and go with what you're wanting and that's exactly what Rhonda did and I muchly appreciate it I recommend this insurance company to everyone I've already recommended it to my nephew who will be buying a truck next week and to my sister who may decide to change her insurance company wants her policy is up thank you Rhonda for your help especially it being the very first time that I've ever dealt with an insurance company you explained everything clearly concisely and didn't expect me to automatically know what everything meant. It is because of you I will have my car on the road as of tomorrow thank you thank you thank you.
