Very clean and organized. Supervisor was very professional and nice when I went to gather information a little while back. I would highly recommend.

The supervisor Denise is very patient, understanding and accommodating. She listens to your concerns very carefully and tries to resolve it. The staff at infant care, Judy is very sweet and compassionate and very understanding. I feel very comfortable leaving my infant there because people are good. (Thats the most important thing according to me for a daycare.

I live across the street and pass by this place daily. Recently, I often hear the same staff yells at the children (she's not Firm, but she's Yelling at the kids loudly!). Once I passed by its playground and I even saw that staff threw a child's hat on the ground purposely and asked that child to go pick it up. Very mean staff. I definitely would not put my child here.

Just did a tour today since I live in the neighbourhood and looking for childcare for 12 months and 18 months close by. The supervisor Denise was really nice, patient and answered all my questions. Gave me good tips and advice too. Place looks clean, organized but just a bit small which does't bother me too much. The kids and staff look friendly, nice, happy. Cost is $1100/month for 18 months and $1500/month for 12 months. They told me that the price didn't go up much as the govt gave them some $$ to help adsorb the cost after minimum wage went up. I have signed up for waiting list for next summer 2019 for 12 months for my daughter which is free to sign up. Highly recommend others to come and check out this daycare :)

My daughter started as part time in the Toddler room at this location when she turned 2 and became fulltime a few weeks later when I started working again. I wasn’t worried at all as I knew she was in good hands! I looked forward to the lesson plans and seeing photos on the Learning Jungle App and getting feedback from the teachers about my girl’s day when picking her up. My daughter is always smiling and engaged in the activities with her friends.

Staff is always very accommodating, polite and caring towards our daughter. Love the activities and art she comes home with.

Treat the employee/children very bad and no respect to employee who works. I would not put my child there.
