I bought my first mattress from Liberty in 2019 and went back to buy 2 more from her in 2020 and this year she moved to this location which is a lot closer to me. I again bought 2 more mattress from her for my kids. I would highly recommend Liberty and Sleep Country to all my family, friends and who needs better sleep and great sales person. Liberty treated us like family, she takes her time to find the right mattress and pillows for a goodnight sleep.I am glad and happy to have met her, my new friend

I cannot say enough about our salesperson Liberty at this Sleep Country location! She was welcoming, respectful, took her time to let my wife and I demo many beds/pillows, offered practical advice and recommendations, and was pleasant from the welcome through to the purchase of a mattress, pillows, mattress pads and sheet sets. She is not one to pressure during the sales process and I greatly appreciated that - as did my wife. A credit to the Sleep Country team of sleep professionals for sure. I look forward to doing more business with Liberty in the coming days!

We purchased a bed for my mother and I must say I was truly impressed by the knowledge of their staff on almost all things sleep related. My mother was recommended a bed and pillows to suit her needs and she is extremely happy and has mentioned multiple times that she now has the best sleep she has had in a very long time, she is all around happier and feels healthier. The delivery came on time and the gentlemen were so respectful and considerate while they were at her home. Thank you to Paige who helped us with the proper advice on sleep and the bedding to suit. Good rest does truly matter and I am thankful for her knowledge, patience and professionalism.

We’re happy with our mattresses but Re delivery, I was told I had to pay the driver $150 cash because the mattresses came from separate warehouses??After receiving delivery I tried unsuccessfully to get an explanation regarding this cash payment. If it was a SleepCountry expense, why not incorporate it on my invoice?If I could rewind, I wouldn’t have paid!

Had a bad experience with a particular saleswoman at this location who actually made a personal attack on my family business, but once I reached out to management, the incident was handled extremely well. Rajiv and Michael took the situation very seriously and were extremely apologetic. They moved to resolve it quickly and professionally and I really appreciate that. They even sent me a gift card as an apology. Service recovery: top notch.

Didn’t end up buying from this location since I found the sales person pretty condescending, preconceived and borderline indifferent. The fallibility in judgment drawn from your choice to side with your bias can be the difference in making the sale. If you only like your job on a certain occasions maybe that job is not for you. And customers shouldn’t be held prisoners of your personal shortcomings and limitations.Btw I went to another location and bought that 4k mattress just because the sales person was way above and beyond pleasure to deal with.

I ordered a mattress and unfortunately, had many issues with delivery including booking a day, waiting all day for the bed on a long weekend and then they did not show up. I would not recommend ordering a bed from Sleep Country. I escalated the issue to a District Manager and they never responded to my email. They have a poor delivery system where the 1-800 number you call for deliveries is not able to actually call the drivers or warehouse. They can only email them which is not helpful in urgent situations where you are expecting a delivery and it doesn't show up. I was very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness to address my concern. When I raised it and indicated I expected my mattress to be moved up the queue when it never showed up, those on the phone assured me that wouldn't be a problem but I was put back in the regular queue just like I first ordered the bed and had to wait for another delivery date. I was extremely disappointed in the poor customer service and the inability of anyone to help me. They are pleasant to speak with on the phone but seem to have no way to help you actually get your bed when you have a problem. I would never order a bed from Sleep Country again.

ZERO stars... Their employees mislead us and the company would not take responsibility... We reached out and they refused to return or credit us for our purchase, which we would not have made if their employees didn't give us bad information.Will never buy again from Sleep Country.

DO NOT BUY FROM HEREI recently purchased a King size mattress with an adjustable base. I informed the sales associate John, that we have already purchased a bed frame and he said the base WOULD be compatible with the frame. He did NOT mention it was final sale.When the base arrived we realized it was NOT compatible. Sleep country customer service REFUSED to offer us a refund even though it was BRAND NEW and it was assembled by their team. It is not our fault that we were provided incorrect information by YOUR employee.If anyone is looking for a brand new king size adjustable base at a discount please message.
