Creekside RV Rental

We have rented from Creekside RV for the 3rd season in a row now. We have rented, on average, 6 times per year. We have rented 3 different trailers and have never had an issue with any of the trailers rented as they are very well cared for. Creekside RV has been absolutely incredible to deal with through every single rental experience we have had. The only reason we will no longer be renting from Creekside is that we have purchased our own trailer now. I would recommend Creekside RV Rental to anyone and you can bet we will be using them should anything happen to our new trailer. Even if you are new to camping, they have many different trailer options and they come fully stocked with all of the camping essentials. We have had the best rental experience ever! Thanks Mike!

My dad rented an RV from this place, for his Birthday weekend getaway. We couldn't even get to the destination because the rv wasn't in good condition, was wobbling most of the time and you could clearly tell it wasn't safe to drive, especially with down hill along the highway. We were never off road. We ended up renting just an suv to atleast get somewhere close to where we want to be. We lost one full day from figuring out if we are just going to return it and go home or still try to continue the trip and change all the plans. My dad called Michael about the issue and said to get it checked in a shop but then eventually asked us to bring it back and he will refund the full amount (deposit and rent) which is around $2500. My dad only got $300 back. That was a month ago and still no action taken from their side, after all the reaching out done from our side. If I could put no star I would.

Wish we had known about Creekside sooner. Have NOTHING BUT GOOD to say about them! They were so helpful when we came to them after a TERRIBLE experience with RVEasy that almost ruined our holiday completely. Creekside helped us make the best of a bad situation and their service was second to none. Fast, easy, and NO GRIEF! They quickly found us a unit that worked and went out of their way to prepare it for our last-minute reservation.Thank you for saving our vacation Mike & team. Easy pick up! Michael is wonderfully personable taking the time to walk me through my trailer rental. During the trip we had a battery issue that Michael took care of immediately... Arranging a new battery and taking the time to ensure we were happy with the resolution.The unit itself was beautiful! Easily accommodating my wife and two young daughters. Comfortable, clean and exactly what was promised. We'll definitely rent again! We'll done Creekside RV!

Just finished renting an RV for two weeks from Mike at Creekside. What a great experience. The comprehensive orientation as part of the pick-up process was beneficial and there no rush in going over everything a new RV renter needs to know. Mike was helpful in providing a bumper/hitch adapter for the trailer such that we could take our mountain bikes with us.The trailer was fully stocked with all items one would need in a kitchen/dining environment; the attention to detail was appreciated. All we brought was our own linens and groceries.The people at Creekside were very friendly and professional. My wife and I would certainly rent from Creekside again and also refer other interested parties to consider Creekside as a good business to deal with.Owen and Susan

Very satisfied with our service with Creekside RV rental. The camper was very clean and was fully equipped. All we needed was our sleeping bags, pillows and towels. We were very happy with our motor home rental from Creekside Rv. Myself, my parents and my 3 children put on 2300km through Alberta on a family vacation, and did not run into a single issue with the motorhome. Everything operated great, and Micheal had a lots of options for extras so we didn’t need to bring them along. Their equipment is very well-maintained, you can tell they take a lot of care in their business. Michael was extremely good to deal with throughout the process, and I look forward to using them again in the future.

Rented last August from Creekside RV Rental and the owner Michael has a fantastic set up. He had us all connected with everything we needed in no time and made sure we understood how everything operated before we hit the road. His rates are very reasonable and the trailer was exceptionally clean. Our experience was so positive that we just rented again for a stay at home in Alberta vacation again this summer.

We rented the Vista Cruiser and it was our first time ever using a RV. It was perfect for a 1/2 ton to tow, plus had all the space and amenities you need. Michael and Michelle we’re both so helpful and informative. They really made sure we had everything we needed and knew everything we had to do. We’re looking forward to renting another unit in a few weeks.
