Natalia & Tyler's condo was awesome! Fully equipped, super clean and had all the amenities of a 'home away from home'They were quick to respond to our questions & gave us ton of tips on what to do while visiting the city! Can't wait to stay at one of their properties on our next visit to Kelowna!!

Please think twice before booking through a third party such as Infiniti hospitality in Airbnb! From my experience it’s best to just book through an owner as opposed to a rental agency! And I don’t usually write reviews, however, this company is coming back to haunt me months later after staying in one of their properties in kelowna. It is now October and I’m still receiving messages through Airbnb regarding this reservation even though I’ve been told Airbnb has resolved this situation since I wasn’t at fault! I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this “hospitality company” made it clear they were not on our side.My husband and 2 friends stayed at their property called playa del sol. It was a lovely property, however, we got an unfair “off property” noise complaint from an RV tent park our balcony was facing. We were not made aware this property was there, had some music playing one night (at a reasonable level) with the balcony door open, a security guard came to say we got a complaint, we shut the music off and went to bed, and then woke up to a $500 fine without a warning. We were then told it was from people TENTING on a totally different property and not even from any of the residents on the playa del sol property (which is totally unfair for us!) We are respectful people and we were falsely accused of having a party with excessive noise (this was not the case as we had the disclosed number of guests in the condo, one was even in bed sleeping already!) After this, Natalia and Tyler were not on our sides it seemed like. We tried communicating with them, but they wouldn’t respond right away and when they did, the responses were very unprofessional, rude towards us and lacked customer service.If their communication and customer service was better we wouldn’t be in this position right now and I wouldn’t have to mention any of the following: upon check in, the girl was 15 minutes late to show us to our room, she had no idea what was going on (I didn’t even know who this girl was, apparently there is another company who deals with check in and check out??). We also didn’t have enough body wash for 4 people and after messaging Natalia twice she responded with “this isn’t a hotel” and it’s the guests responsibility to have extra toiletries! Isn’t Airbnb supposed to be “hotel-like quality”?? And inifiniti’s core value is “every guest is a priority” which we did not even come close to a priority for them. We also didn’t receive any sort of welcome package upon arrival (which apparently other guests had gotten according to reviews). During our stay my friends found a dirty bandaid in their room, along with a neck pillow and candy wrappers between their mattresses... during covid times aren’t the rooms supposed to be sanitary and disinfected? And for a company whose motto is “cleanliness and comfort of home” we would expect just that. Lastly, we were told upon check out that Tyler would meet us at our place. Tyler failed to show up after he said he would be there at 11am AND failed to communicate that we could just leave the key under the mat... I had to text him at 11am to figure out why he wasn’t there and what was going on, making us almost late for our flight.None of this would have been an issue for us if their communication and customer service was better towards us. They just made it seem like we were terrible people and we didn’t deserve their time of day! No matter what happens, we are still guests and human beings at the end of the day. We didn’t deserve their pettiness and lack of communication!

Tyler and his team have no clue how to run a company, they were late for check in and check out, we found dirty bandaids upon arrival and they did not respond to Air BnB or our messages. We had to contact Air bnb ourselves to get in touch with Tyler or someone from his team for any issues.If you want this company taking care of your rental suite I suggest you find any other company because these guys have a long long way to go before I would trust them with any rental properties.If you want to know how big of a fraud and lier Tyler is, he’s getting his friends and family to review his own company. Gloria McCaskie who wrote a review is a relative to him, just simply look up Tyler McCaskie the owner of this company and you will find out for yourself!

I recently stayed at one of their properties, and had a great Experience. Booking and communication were a breeze, and the property was clean and well kept, just like the pictures. I will book with them again the next time I'm in Edmonton. Special shout out to Tyler, he was super helpful and was really committed to ensuring we could have a great stay!

My husband and I recently stay at a Discovery Bay condo managed by Infiniti Hospitality for a week. We have been coming here for years as their customer service and hospitality is spot on - they are always quick to respond to any questions and if there are any concerns, they deal with them immediately. The cleanliness of the condo is immaculate. They have a binder providing information about the property rules, where everything is located and a welcome basket is always waiting for us!! Brochures on activities on what to do in Kelowna & surrounding areas are also provided. They have underground parking which is very convenient, swimming pools, fitness room, bbq area and the condo is located within walking distance to the beach as well as fantastic restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here not only for the location and the condo itself, but also for the professional hospitality provided for by the management owners. Well done Infiniti Hospitality!

Tyler and Natalia's place was much more than what we expected. The place was spacious but cozy at the same time, super clean! Quick walk to multiple lakefront restaurants and beautiful beaches, so definitely a prime location. Tyler welcomed us at check-in and had instruction for the resort… great and easy! They are very accommodating as well, as we arrived way before our check-in time. The little nice detailed touches definitely made this place a home away from home. Would most definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come here!

I recently stayed at this full amenity resort condominium. I was met upon arrival by well qualified staff who fully outlined all the services in the complex plus a complete overview of what was supplied in the unit. The condo was very clean and met our every need. There was full service available if there were any questions. I was very happy with my stay and felt so relaxed upon leaving, that I will return for sure due to the full on attention to detail and security. All amenities are very close by within walking distance.I will certainly be booking again with Infiniti Hospitality for my winter vacation as well.
