I never write reviews… but this is an exception.My washer broke over a week ago, I had purchased a new one online to find out that I will only get it within the next month. I live in a condo so my options are limited as I need a stacked washer/dryer. I decided to cancel my order and though maybe I can just get it repaired instead. My dad was extremely satisfied with Rosco Appliances and figured I’d give them a call. I explained the situation with my washer; front loader that wouldn’t spin anymore and for the past year that I’ve lived here it always sounded like a plane was taking off during the spin cycle. He knew exactly what is was and told me it was not worth repairing. I inquired if they had any stacked washer/dryer set and he did, so I purchased a set at a fantastic price. Within 5 hours of purchased (I live in Orleans), I had it delivered installed and my old ones taken away. I’m blown away with their service. The delivery guys were absolutely fantastic as well!! They had amazing team work… (it was quite the challenge to get the appliances in my condo and the old ones out) and they did so without a scratch or dent in my walls and hardwood. Super friendly and respectful of my home. I highly recommend!!

Simple and small shop. Marcel is a friendly and jovial person. Honestly will not try to sell you something you dont need.

When our washer broke we considered purchasing a used one off of Kijiji, but my husband found this place and we were sold by the fantastic customer service and warranty. The washer was delivered a few days after we purchased it. We did end up with an issue with the washer and someone came out to fix the problem. It ended up being an issue on our end, so a part was purchased and fixed quickly. We are considering getting another appliance in the near future and will likely get it from Rosco.

No respect of the warranty offered. Washer didn't work and would'nt replace it even if he said and even wrote there was a 3 months warranty. Very unpleasant, no compassion at all. If we buy second hand it's because we do not have money to buy new... So we've lost 400$. NEVER, NEVER again! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A darling company with passionate couple running it. They are dedicated and informative. There is a 3 month warranty but also the capacity to obtain parts and service thereafter if needed. They have accounts with all the major repair companies I know about and that I have used in the past on my own account when needed, which is reassuring! As a Google guide, I search far and wide throughout the land for good retail, food and neat spots. This place is a hidden treasure. Please ask questions! I did, and because of that I am satisfied because I understand the process! An experienced independent contractor does the moving and delivery for them. Because of that, its cost is obviously based on distance. He can Mobily visit and repair for you in the future if something breaks, so please understand that! It's a rare service to find, and keep in mind that these are used appliances! You're saving tons of cash to begin with, so yeah if something breaks, it's normal and cannot be prevented nor foreseen since they're not telepathic--- they obviously have no way of knowing the wear and tear of the prior owner, but do their best to sell you a prime used product, which they HONOUR better than if you were buying new!
