Words don’t do justice for the Amazing work Delores and her team do. They came in to help me in Penticton after losing both parents within 8 weeks of one another. I was lost and overwhelmed. Delores was just so great.Absolutely incredible! Delores and Bill, on the first day, organized and packed all of the things that I had left to do. Bill took truckloads for donation.Delores knows exactly how to sort and knows what will be great donations and boy is she fast and so efficient.The next day Delores and Aaron and Steve from Clutter Guys Okanagan dealt with the furniture. I am a buyer. It is tricky buying on online auctions and I have had experiences with other auctions where I end up being disappointed and feel a bit taken advantage of (buyer beware, I know!) but I will say that anytime I have found a flaw in an item purchased from this website, it was obvious in the listing, and I just hadn't paid enough attention. I feel like all flaws are well documented and that the listing accurately represents the item and that there is a commitment to the buyers as well as the sellers. My opinion is that this is a solid business with solid people running it.

They did it all, from sorting for auction, donating what couldn't be sold, doing the auction itself and cleaning from top to bottom, carpets included, right into the corners! At the end the house was empty and spotless, we received an itemized summary of everything and, because I live out-of-town, a photo gallery of the after". I realized that I was physically not able to tend to household and yard maintenance any longer. My wife and I needed to downsize, the task was very much unimaginable both physically and mentally. My wife and I who are both seniors certainly needed help, so I got on line and searched for someone or something that would help us through this stressful time. I found Kelowna Estate Liquidations and read about what they do. The reviews were very positive, so I gave Delores a call. After talking with her my wife and I thought this was too good to be true but we hired her. Delores and her team came to the house spending several days separating and categorizing everything in our house and yard and shop that we were not taking to our new home. She arranged the auction, organized the pick up of goods sold, disposed of goods that could not sell and collected the monies from the sale. After all that they cleaned up the house. When Delores and crew arrived, my sisters and I were still in shock from the sudden passing of our eldest sister.Delores took a gigantic load off our minds. Starting with a load to the local dump, giving us space to work.Part of the services that Delores and crew provided was an online auction of the more valuable items that the family did not want. Donating the others to local charities. Such a relief to be able to give those items to a new home. This was my first time as an executor (and from out of province), and engaging Delores and her staff to handle my father's home clean out was the best decision I made. Delores was very responsive, had the house and sheds cleaned out, and the auction set up very quickly. She was also great at handling the unexpected. The unfortunate natural disaster closing the BC highways caused a few issues, but she dealt with them all. I highly recommend Kelowna Estate Liquidations!

My husband’s Aunt was moved into a long term care facility and he was responsible for cleaning out her home. We live over five hours away from Kelowna and were not able to do it ourselves.
